We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Medical Device Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for wiring and using hand tools to assemble revolutionary medical devices. If you are passionate about production assembly and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply. Assemblers $0-22/hr.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble medical devices using hand tools and wiring techniques.
+ Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
+ Be available for extended hours on the last business day of each month to meet month-end demands.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of production experience.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Strong attention to detail.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Supervisory skills (for lead role).
+ Familiarity with basic computer usage (for lead role).
+ Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus but not required.
+ Experience in electronics or automotive device assembly is acceptable.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a production team of 5-10 people. The standard shift is from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with training shifts starting at 8:00 AM for the first few weeks. Although extended hours may be required on the last business day of the month, this is not always necessary. The dress code is casual, and the work environment is collaborative and positive. Limited weekend work may be required on a case-by-case basis.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is 22.00 - 24.00/hr.
