- Job Duties:
- Working with Automation:
- Interacting with automation to load components for processing mobile radios
- Picking mobile accessories and handling cartons to be moved to shipping
- Read and follow computer station work instructions, along with being able to scan parts
- When work slows down:
- Assembly of mobile brick and telecommunications equipment. Various roles in this department; contractors are alternated regularly throughout the shift and must be willing to be cross-trained in different roles.
- Examples of these roles could be cabling server components, using a torque gun to assemble the servers and telecommunications equipment, and testing the equipment before packing for shipping.
- This department produces larger and more complex equipment than VS1. Previous experience is not required but is preferred. Training will be provided.
- Qualifications & Skills (Both Automation and Manual):
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment in the automation line.
- Must have basic computer skills
- Willingness to be cross-trained in different roles
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical Requirements: Standing and moving around the work area for the entire shift. Able to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 50+ lbs. in a team lift.

Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Production Team Lead that will focus on completing daily objectives. They will be the shop floor leaders of a production area, responsible for the safety, quality and productivity of teams of associates. Foremen will be capable of and responsible for performing all tasks required of Team Leads and must meet the requirements listed below in this job description.
