Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Production Management Specialist (PMS) to support the 638th Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG) at Robins Air Force Base. This role provides critical assistance to Government Supply Planners in managing organic and contract repair programs for Air Force supply operations. The PMS will help forecast budgets, oversee repairs, manage contracts, and provide subject matter expertise across a variety of logistics and production systems. This is a full-time position contingent upon contract award.


Job Responsibilities:

Production Management Duties:

  • Support Government planners with organic and contract repair efforts.

  • Manage asset shipment tracking, repair predictions, and budget allocation activities.

  • Assist in forecasting repair budgets and developing Repair Budget Narratives and Program Execution inputs.

  • Oversee production efforts and component deliveries to meet performance goals.

  • Support negotiation and workload planning activities across supply programs.

  • Provide contract oversight, including expiring contracts and closeout processes.

  • Assist with temporary work orders and MISTR Line establishment using G004L.

  • Monitor depot-level repair efforts and priorities using EXPRESS and DREP systems.

  • Prepare and process repair Purchase Instrument packages via the PRPS system.

  • Maintain file integrity within the Automated Budget Control System (ABCS).

  • Utilize ESCAPE/SPM (Servigistics) and other logistics systems to support accurate planning.

  • Leverage CAV-AF, MP&E, and CRMS tools for visibility, planning, and execution of repairs.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to less experienced production management staff.


Essential Qualifications:

Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret security clearance.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Air Force supply chain and production management.

  • Prior experience in roles focused on organic and contract repair.

  • Proficiency in Air Force logistics systems such as ESCAPE/SPM, EXPRESS, ABCS, and G004L.

  • Strong background in budget forecasting, program management, and contract oversight.

Education:

**Overview of the Role:**
The Apps Support Sr Group Manager manages multiple teams through other managers. In-depth understanding of how own sub-function contributes to achieving the objectives of the function. A good understanding of the industry, direct competitors' products and services, is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. Requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication/negotiation may be necessary. Responsible for executing functional strategy in area managed. Determines approach to implementing functional strategy. Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation and contribution to future strategy of the area(s). Impact reflects size of team managed, strategic influence on the business and interaction with other functions or businesses. Full management responsibility for multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval. May be doing involved or responsible for diverse (cross-discipline) activities. Typically, a direct report to a C16 role and function as an integral member of the functional leadership team within a country/site location, job family, or line of business.

+ Lead role for processing Manufacturing Change Notices (MCN s) and provide direction for implementation plan.
+ Review and analyze Technical Drawing Package (TDP) along with change documents and compare to current Manufacturing Bill Of Materials (MBOM)

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
