Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated packer with a keen sense of efficiency and urgency responsible for the packing of raw materials into finished goods inventory.
Responsibilities
- Use available resources including reveal gauges, display boards, and brochures to ensure all
- staged material has been pulled correctly.
- Verify the quantity of material staged versus amount required on production order
- Document any discrepancies identified during the verification process
- Pack raw material into the correct boxes
- Ensure all finished materials are labeled with correct part numbers and quantity. Also check
- production order for accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 65 principals
- Assist in other areas of production as needed
- Follow all safety procedures regarding proper PPE requirements, equipment usage, and

Wage: $18.72 ($0.45 shift differential for night shift)
Shift: 7PM-7AM
Rotating schedule of 12 hour shifts 3 days on, two days off, two days on, three days off. Work approximately 15 days a month and have a three day weekend every other weekend.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Make boxes with appropriate labels attached.
- Utilize hands, packing forks, and/or other methods to transfer product to appropriate package
- Inspect products for conformance to specifications.
- Utilize gauges to check basic dimensions or other specifications.
- Notify operator or supervisor when quality problems are detected.
- Discard product not meeting specifications.
- Seal containers and place on skid utilizing the box lifter.
- Performs duties in accordance with all safety rules and use safe work methods.
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously as needed. You will need to gain a working knowledge of our products and their quality requirements during your training period.
- Communicate with supervisors and peers while establishing and maintaining a constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.

The Production Packer will be responsible for the production and packaging of a variety of manufactured products. This role supports several areas of manufacturing, including shipping, assembly and quality.
Essential Functions:
• Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations and sorting
• Kitting operations of complex kits
• Move product and inventory using a forklift and bin system
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
• Execute and document quality inspections as required
