• Ensure the effective use of personnel, material and equipment to achieve target profitability
• Solve any problems that arise during the production process and implement and follow corrective actions and systems that prevent reoccurrences of issues

Basic Qualifications:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process within a global sourcing framework, ensuring efficient communication and execution between the company, vendors, and mills. This role focuses on costing, order placement, and production follow-up to drive timely and cost-effective manufacturing across international supply chains. Key responsibilities include negotiating and finalizing product costs, placing and tracking orders, coordinating with global vendors and mills to ensure production schedules are met, and troubleshooting any production or pricing issues. The role serves as a critical liaison, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners to maintain quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery in a globally competitive environment.

• Negotiate costs and determine appropriate order placement based on preferred vendor status, factory capacity & capabilities, quality and delivery.
• Develop and continuously evaluate the appropriate agent/vendor/factory structure.
• Develop applicable time and action calendars for specific programs.
• Manage cost reporting.
• Manage and maintain roll-up reports for review during weekly departmental meetings, including capacity plan, line plan analysis, and fabric flow reports.
• Responsible for generating and reporting production updates, proactively owning internal communications with key cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on current production status, potential risks, and necessary actions to maintain on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Assist in the development cycle with merchandising, design, product development, and tech design, providing vendor direction for sampling and estimated or initial costing during the development cycle.
• Assist in production-related issues to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

• Production Management:
