Job Description
This project tasks involves expertise with Teamcenter SLM module - creating service plans, tracking physical asset configurations, managing service operations, and analyzing asset performance data to optimize maintenance and improve product uptime throughout its lifecycle; essentially bridging the gap between product design and field service activities by providing a centralized platform for managing service-related information.
Key responsibilities of a Teamcenter SLM project might include:
Service Plan Development:
Creating comprehensive service plans for products, including preventative maintenance schedules, required parts, and service procedures based on product design and field data.
Physical Asset Configuration Management:
Maintaining accurate information on the physical configuration of assets in the field, including serial numbers, lot numbers, and installed options, to ensure service technicians have the correct information for repairs.
Service Data Analysis:
Analyzing service data collected from field operations to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for product improvement.
Service BOM Management:
Creating and managing a Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) to identify the specific parts needed for maintenance and repairs on each asset configuration.
Collaboration with Engineering Teams:
Working closely with product design engineers to incorporate serviceability considerations into new product designs.
Training and Support:

Teamcenter Knowledge:

POWER Engineers, Member of WSP is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Delivery Project Management team in our Northwest Region.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with project teams and other Project Managers managing technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects, managing and developing client relationships, and marketing POWER's Power Delivery services to existing and new clients in the Northwest. The location for this role is flexible, with the ability to work remotely from any mutually acceptable location (please note desired location in the application). Employees will be expected to travel to a POWER or client office for periodic meetings.
+ Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships.
+ Manage status reporting, invoicing, and accounts receivable for each project.

**Required Education/Experience**

+ Minimum of eight (8) years' applicable industry experience leading projects as a Project Engineer/Lead or Project Manager in the electric utility environment.
+ Minimum of two (2) years' relevant project management experience.
+ Relevant experience includes small-to-medium scale project management.
+ Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools.
+ General understanding of power delivery infrastructure engineering.
+ Proficiency with financial analysis tools in a utility setting, as well as Microsoft software tools (Word, Excel, Project).
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
**Desired Education/Experience**
+ Ten (10) + years of experience leading projects as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the electric utility environment

The Utilization Management Coordinator Lead is responsible for reviewing requests for inpatient and services for all plan members. Works in collaboration with Supervisor, Upper Management and providers to ensure timely processing of referrals to provide the highest quality medical outcomes. GENERAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reviews reporting to assign tasks to Inpatient Coordinators for completion of time sensitive items.
2. Mentors, trains, audits and coaches a team of non-clinical Inpatient Coordinator staff to ensure compliance with Alignment policies and procedure and all regulatory requirements.
3. Provides guidance to staff or directly manage complicated coordination requests from members, providers, or staff.
4. Participates in Inpatient quality audits including CMS program audits and vendor audits to assess timeliness of Inpatient cases. Reports audit results and identifies opportunities for process improvement
5. Effectively communicates and keeps the Utilization Management leadership team informed of all departmental operations, activities, data, program performance, issues or any other pertinent information that would impact the overall program compliance or achievement of internal goals
6. Assist with development of standard operating procedures (SOP) and reports
7. Collaborates with other supervisors and managers in the department to improve processes and workflow.
8. Act as a resource to the members, providers, and community partners
9. Leads, initiates and follows through on multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment

Job Requirements:
Experience:
• Required: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a medical setting working with IPAs, entering referrals/prior authorizations. Must of have knowledge of ICD10, CPT codes, Managed Care Plans, medical terminology (certificate preferred) and referral system (Access Express/Portal/N-coder).
• Preferred: Prior Lead experience.
Education:

This job is responsible for providing specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of the client's life plan. Key responsibilities include acquiring new and deepening existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
