The objective of the Project Manager (PM) is to manage a series of concurrent IT implementation projects from inception through successful implementation with an emphasis on driving results through efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to direct communications within the project team and with each of the project clients.

The Project Manager will be primarily focused on controlling the cost, quality and schedule of the project by effectively managing the assigned engineering resources, as well as for the procurement and tracking of ordered products and third party services necessary to complete the project.

• Ensuring that project milestones are met and reported.

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Professional Services to lead a team of Engagement Managers, Consultants, and Technical Architects within our North America (NAMER) Delivery organization. The annual salary hiring range for this position is $106,350 - $157,000 USD.

Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, as a Delivery Consultant you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As trusted advisors to our customers, providing guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project. The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture, designing and implementing cloud solutions Experience with SAP development tools and methodologies Experience with automation and configuration management tools Experience with integration development between SAP and other systems Preferred Qualifications Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred Deep understanding of AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) Expertise in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences as part of pre-sales motion SAP BTP certification Experience with DevOps practices and tools Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $04,300/year in our highest geographic market.
