As a Data Center Program Manager for Field Services, you will manage critical accounts of the Strategic Accounts team, drive program level execution consistency across the account, lead the training effort and provide oversight for implementation of OPEX related activities such as digital tools and processes. You will drive the Project Management Processes and its associated elements throughout the organization to ensure accurate, complete and timely data with which fact-based decisions and evaluations can be made; and drive financial improvements and customer satisfaction on projects, through continuous improvements of Project Management processes by field based Services Project Managers.
**In this role, you will:**
- Work with major data center giants and support multiple projects within each program.
- Collaborate and support Eaton's 30 District Operations Centers (DOC's): Identifying and sharing best practices, seeking opportunities to capture change orders on behalf of the business, assist in coaching, training, and certification of local DOC resources to meet customer requirements.
- Act as a liaison between corporate, Service Sales National Account Manager, local operations, and Eaton's Project Management Office
- Develop account specific process/procedures for seamless execution.
- Identify cost saving efficiencies that can be replicated across sites?
- Manage multiple scopes - brownfield service work and greenfield commissioning.
- Development and roll out of Method of Procedure (MOP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Standardize test reports, and review for consistency.
- Collaborate with coordinator and supply chain for material management.
- Program level representative on site level touch points.
- Manage sensitive warranty claims
**Additional Responsibilities will include:**
- Managing projects and delegating assignments to project managers; ensure assignments are being completed safely within deadlines, at or under budget, and within quality expectations.
- Supporting and developing training plans and direct reports creating a strong talent bench to enhance SAO's ability meet strategic goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Having national responsibility for Data Center Services Project Managers
- Communicating the vision for the Strategic Accounts Operations Organization set by SAO Leadership within Eaton Services Organization and Eaton Project Management Organization to ensure that the direction of the organization is clearly understood.
