- Oversee and manage the Project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.

In this role you will lead and motivate our teams by introducing efficient processes, driving innovative and measurable solutions to maximize efficiency for team members, and working in unison with the product development teams to create the best experiences for our customers. This role will be responsible for managing programs' scope through all phases of the life cycle. The Program Manager will build schedules: monitor the project from initiation through delivery, organizing the interdepartmental activities, ensuring management of interdependencies and managing risks proactively to drive completion of the program. This person will plan, track and monitor work of cross functional teams including but not limited to product management, Engineering, marketing, Field enablement, Customer enablement and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Duties and tasks are varied, needing independent judgment so the person needs to be fully competent in the area of program management expertise. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Program Manager, B2I Program Management. Responsibility Work with development teams to determine realistic schedules to launch new products and features Oversee end-to-end program execution across teams / groups, including risk management, communication, issue/conflict resolution, and dependency management Coach teams on agile practices when necessary, including stepping in as Scrum Master while training the teams Keep the executive and business teams updated on project timelines and results Partner with end-to-end implementation teams to define launch plans to identify and mitigate Gaps, Risks, and dependencies Define communication plans for programs Lead communication within the team, across Product Development, and across Docusign Communicate schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks across teams and to stakeholders Ensure adherence to governance processes and visibility to release management Identify and track risks to delivery and overall program schedule Evaluate existing processes and procedures Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness Manage teams across disciplines and across geographies (San Francisco, Seattle, etc) Travel as necessary (~10%) Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. What you bring Basic 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional, global programs for SaaS based products Ability to develop clear program strategies and high-level program plans Experience using Google suite, Project organization tools, Atlassian Toolset: Jira, Confluence, Portfolio/Advanced Reporting, etc. Preferred Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Equally confident in working with executive team members as working with implementation teams Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment Experience in companies in both small and large scale software development organizations. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $123,800.00 - $176,625.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.     The Construction Environmental Compliance Lead is responsible for ensuring environmental permit compliance during the construction phase of Data Centers (DCs). This role involves managing environmental permit implementation and compliance until turnover to operations, working closely with consultants, internal and external business partners to achieve compliance goals, and serving as an environmental representative to external stakeholders.
    Responsibilities
    • Coordinate with subject-matter experts to satisfy compliance obligations and Environmental Requirements based on the overall construction schedule.
    • Work with Permit Managers to understand permit conditions and ensure compliance with all environmental approvals.
    • Manage environmental and construction consultants supporting site delivery, including site inspections, reporting, agency discussions, and advising on compliance concerns.
    • Identify and mitigate issues during construction related to stormwater, wetlands, streams, threatened and endangered species, cultural resources, buffers, tree preservation, and air compliance.
    • Assist and coordinate with permitting teams to deliver construction requested permit modifications.
    • Support regulatory agency stakeholder and community engagement activities for new builds.
    • Develop environmental risk and compliance mitigations to enable datacenter construction and operations within development timelines.
    • Manage environmental compliance planning and execution for pre-construction activities and operational turnover.
    • Communicate environmental requirements and expertise to diverse stakeholders.
    • Visit DC campuses under construction at least once per week within assigned regions.
    Essential Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
    • 10+ years of experience in environmental permitting or compliance and approvals in America.
    • 5+ years of program and project management experience in large-scale construction projects.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external teams.
    Additional Skills & Qualifications
    • Experience in construction and operational environmental compliance.
    • Knowledge of environmental permitting programs including air quality, CWA 404/401, and stormwater permits.
    • Experience with mission critical facilities or large-scale construction projects.
    • Working knowledge of remedial investigations and site management plans.

    This role requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position involves regular travel within assigned regions, including states such as Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Canada. Candidates should be self-starters, process-minded, and collaborative, with a strong desire to continually learn and innovate.
    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $73.00 - $83.00/hr.
