**Overview**
PROGRAM MANAGER (IOSS):
Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support our upcoming Industrial Operation Support Services (IOSS) effortto support the NUWC at the warfare center in Keyport, WA.The PM will support the management and implementation of logistics policy guidance, training development and deliver support of Command-wide solutions that include product support analyses and coordinating emerging logistics initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
+ Coordinating the preparation of project plans, milestones, and operating budgets; develops project approaches / concepts; obtains proper resources within and across organizational boundaries.
+ Reviewing and evaluating work of staff, provides task oversight and prepares periodic performance reports.
+ Acting as primary customer contact for task activities, leading task review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Evaluates requirements, establishes task approach, organizes personnel resources, and directs day to day work activities.
+ Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
+ Identifying program problems and obtains solutions.
+ Directing the work of technical and support personnel assigned to the task and is responsible for overall task performance, product quality, and timeliness of efforts.
+ Ensure the training of all contractor personnel
+ Serve as the main Point of Contract (POC) for all contractor personnel
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree and eight to ten (8-10) years' of relevant experience
+ Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Advanced certification in Life Cycle Logistics, or equivalent in their focus / specialty.
+ Eight (8) years' experience supervising employees.
+ Competency in communication, leadership, logistics automated systems, team management, and risk management.
+ Must be able to multi-task, manage priorities and work independently with little direction.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Physical Demands
+ Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds on occasion.
+ Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time.
+ Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.

About the Role:

As a Stroke Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind the standardization and optimization of our stroke programs, ensuring they consistently meet national benchmarks and best practices. Your responsibilities will include:

  6. Clinical Staff Education & Development: Educate site-based clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Education / Work Experience Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Nursing and five years of related clinical work experience, including two years nursing experience in an ICU/Emergency Department setting and/or management of stroke patients that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
  • Completion of NIH Stroke Certification within 30 days of hire into the position.
  • Stroke Certified RN (SCRN) registration within one year of employment in the position.

**Overview**
DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER (IOSS):
Bowhead seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support our upcoming Industrial Operation Support Services (IOSS) effortto support NUWC at the warfare center in Keyport, WA. The Deputy Program Manager will work directly with the Program Manager and customer stakeholders to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. The Deputy Program Manager will support personnel in managing all operational aspects, including program execution, growth, and risks management.
**Responsibilities**
The Deputy Program Manager will assist the Program Manager with all facets of the contracts that are assigned to the PM. This will include but not limited to P&L responsibility, overseeing program budget, schedules, and personnel to include subcontractors and support the PM with all contractual requirements.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
+ Coordinating the preparation of project plans, milestones, and operating budgets; develops project approaches / concepts; obtains proper resources within and across organizational boundaries.
+ Reviewing and evaluating work of staff, provides task oversight and prepares periodic performance reports.
+ Acting as primary customer contact for task activities, leading task review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Evaluates requirements, establishes task approach, organizes personnel resources, and directs day to day work activities.
+ Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
+ Identifying program problems and obtains solutions.
+ Directing the work of technical and support personnel assigned to the task and is responsible for overall task performance, product quality, and timeliness of efforts.
+ Ensure the training of all contractor personnel
+ Serve as the main Point of Contract (POC) for all contractor personnel
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree and eight to ten (8-10) years' of relevant experience
+ Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Advanced certification in Life Cycle Logistics, or equivalent prefered.
+ Eight (8) years' experience supervising employees.
+ Competency in communication, leadership, logistics automated systems, team management, and risk management.
+ Must be able to multi-task, manage priorities and work independently with little direction.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Physical Demands
+ Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds on occasion.
+ Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time.
+ Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.
