**About the Role:**
The Design Project Manager will be responsible for managing the design process from campus planning/basis of design stage through issuance of construction drawings. This includes building matrixed design teams from Google's internal design and external design services partners/providers, facilitating the creation of a shared plan for the execution, and oversight of construction administration services provided by the external design team in support of construction activities. **What You'll Do:**
+ Facilitate planning and kickoff workshops with internal & external stakeholders
+ Facilitate design reviews in partnership with external partners
+ Facilitate large scale workshops as necessary

**What You'll Need:**

+ Prior experience with data center design and/or construction preferred. Examples of non-data center projects: healthcare (hospitals), large commercial (high rise), laboratory, manufacturing facilities (fabs), high power (power plants)
+ Minimum 1 years of design project management experience is required
+ Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA, or equivalent) is preferred.

The primary responsibility of the Principal Project Manager will be the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. The individual will lead a cross-functional organization aligned to common program performance goals. The Project Manager within the Lifecycle Product Sustainment and Customer Service Team is the primary customer point of contact for repairs, spares, services, and product upgrades for Navigation products. This role supports both Government and Commercial contracts, Foreign and Domestic customers.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Manages all phases of program and project execution.

• Manages schedule for repairs, spares, services, and product upgrades along with budgets.

• Provides delivery projections to the customer along with frequent customer status reports.

• Assesses product issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.

• Communicates priorities for test and assembly and system test managers, material movement team members, quality inspectors, engineering, and shipping / receiving personnel.

• Supports or leads proposal / work scope development and contract negotiations.

• Communicates priorities for sub-tier supplier efforts and material purchasing.

• Provides upwards reporting for senior management program reviews.

• Participates in process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 5 years of relevant experience or a Masters degree and 3 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience in managing projects in operations or logistics (i.e. cost, schedule, performance).

• High-energy strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to operate and communicate at both a strategic and a hands-on level as needed.

• Proven experience prioritizing and completing multiple tasks within critical deadlines.

Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
