Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager - Contracts LifeCycle Managment.This role combines strategic product knowledge and hands-on project management to lead the implementation of a modern Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform at our client. Responsibilities:

? Project Management

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.

• Lead cross-functional meetings, standups, and steering committee updates.

• Track budget, forecast spend, and manage vendor contracts and SOWs.

• Familiarity with tools like Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or Workday Contracts.
