Senior Project Manager (DOE)
Current project is at Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC.

Specific Requirements
- Federal, DOE, or DOD experience is a plus
- Earth work and/or heavy civil experience required
- Willing to travel on per diem basis
- Experience with NQA-1 is a plus
- Align resources for optimal results across the division
- Generate and know correct and timely project information
- Develop a thorough understanding of the contract documents
- Develop the overall project plan and set expectations for the project team
- Create the preliminary project schedule and update progress
- Perform the job set up for the project including contract review, cost codes, and budget
- Catalog and track submittals, RFI(s), PCO(s), quantities, and equipment
- Perform the subcontractor and supplier buy out for the project and approve invoices weekly
- Submit all information and questions to customer necessary for efficient execution
- Submit timely pay applications while keeping Account Receivable current
- Participate in the structured occasions as identified in the Planning & Measurement Process
- Responsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project team
- Maintain customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project
- Lead, train, and develop the project management team
- BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.

The Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) Telecommunications Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services (TOMS) Program Manager plays a vital role in ensuring SRNS mission readiness by aligning infrastructure with both current operations and future demands. The DPM is instrumental in assisting PM supporting DOE and SRS on-site mission execution. Our team thrives on solving the most complex telecommunications challenges, ensuring seamless and effective mission performance. Leveraging decades of expertise, we provide critical operations and maintenance support for telecommunications and network IT across multiple DOE and NNSA sites, driving operational excellence and mission success.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for continued daily on-site operations assisting the PM of the SRNS DOE/SRS subcontract.
- The secondary point of contact for SRNS and DOE/SRS personnel is to quickly address issues, provide status of operations and current projects, and ensure that service levels are met.
- Manage the Voice Systems which includes installation, demonstrate functionality, operate, repair, maintain, and provide ongoing support training, maintenance, engineering, and operational services, as defined in this SOW, for the efficient operation of the telecommunications system to include complete required Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) to equipment and associated station wiring and systems configurations.
- Assist and keep the PM informed on the various operations various applications to support helpdesk call centers and video conferencing while mitigating platform vulnerabilities.
- The DPM will be instrumental to the PM in providing guidance to SRNS on emerging technologies to include network IT, voice communications, and other related technologies for the improvement of the site and the end users.
Requirement:
- Over 15 years of supporting telecommunications, network operations, and transportation of special circuits through copper cable, Ethernet, Nokia SAR8 and Ciena equipment. Experience managing all aspects of program to include vendors, financials, risk management, program management documentation, ESH, and staffing.
Clearance Required:
- Current Department of Energy Clearance of L or higher
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or Four years of work experience.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- Over 20 Years of relevant experience in Telecommunications, networking, and management.
Required Certifications:
- OSHA Certified with First Aid training.
Preferred:
- At least 2 years of supporting Savannah River Site in several positions to include management/supervisor roles, expertise in Avaya Aura Communications, VOIP, Voice Message Systems, Ciena Transport Systems, Quality, and customer service roles. OSHA Certified with experience with DOE at SRS.
