The Change Release Management Lead manages cross-organizational efforts required to introduce changes into the Primary Care Organization (PCO). The Change Release Management Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Change Release Management Lead is responsible for ensuring all changes are delivered to end users via the cross-functional coordination of teams, systems, and processes. Communicates release expectations across all impacted parties. Advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
On the Portfolio & Change Team in the PCO, the Change Release Management Lead will, at a minimum:
+ Conduct change implementation planning and coordination for all changes with request/change owners and partner functions (e.g., Training, Product, Project, IT, Practice Operations) - includes development and maintenance of a detailed release schedule, and governance of the release protocol (1. communications cascade, 2. training, 3. release, 4. check-in)
+ Own and manage the Communications Program, including drafting release communications, managing the release communications repository, creating and managing the release communications schedule, owning and managing the live communications forums for market dyad leadership and center administrators, and working with Corporate Communications on Change Newsletter delivery
+ Own and manage the Change Management Team - an agile team designed to support change development and implementation
+ Collaborate with team Portfolio Manager to help ensure accuracy of roadmap and impacts reporting as work evolves
+ Be able to support as a back-up for the Change Management and Sustainability functions within the Portfolio & Change Team (requires post-hire cross-training)

**Required Qualifications**
+ a Bachelor's degree
+ 8 or more years of project and/or release management experience
+ 2 or more years of project leadership experience
+ 2 or more years of direct agile ways of working experience, preferably leading an agile team
+ Superior organizational skills
+ Effective analytical skills
+ Advanced written and verbal communication
+ General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office (expert level knowledge of Excel a plus)
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Advanced Degree
+ Demonstrated experience with process documentation
+ Experience and/or certifications in Lean Portfolio Management, or other Scaled Agile, PMI, or general scrum, Kanban, product management, or agile coaching or facilitation
+ Experience and/or certifications in the fields of communications, project management, and change management
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

About the Role:
As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
Focus is on Building Management deployment.
What You'll Do:
· Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
· Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
· Define the project delivery resources from internal teams.
· Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
· Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
· Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
· Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
· Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
· Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
· Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
· Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
· Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
· Work within broad guidelines and policies.
· Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You'll Need:
· Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of
experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
· Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
· Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
· Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
· Building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.
