Essential Functions
About our Role - This position will be the Chief of Staff reporting to the VP of the Infrastructure Platform organization. This organization is responsible for infrastructure platforms and engineering for private cloud and global data centers across FedEx. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the VP by helping to manage organizational health and communications, track financials, coordinate major initiatives, and facilitate decision making and strategy.

- Work with VP to set internal strategies and execution level expectations
- Lead VP directed Program / Projects as required
- Assist VP office in decision-making processes and acting as an advisor
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas and taking detailed notes

- Develop and oversee org wide policies and procedures
- Represent VP in meetings and communications with both internal and external stakeholders
- Frequently lead large project efforts, including taking responsibility for issue resolution across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Assist in the development of business cases, financial analysis, and all aspects of costing and managing project financials.
- Draft and review documentation in compliance with the Company's global development process and ensures all project deliverables are in compliance with the global development process.
- Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the department/organization.
- Provides mentoring for the development of those in less senior positions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration and/or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Future oriented and knowledge of strategic planning. Ability to Influence and support cross-functional project teams in order to achieve optimal results for the business.
Domicile Information
Preference is for a candidate domiciled in Memphis, Tennessee. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. The Voice of Customer Sr. Business analyst, part of the CX Analytics & Strategy department, CX Division, directly supports evidence-based action across the enterprise to improve customer experience. Project Management Support Supervisor (REMOTE)The Project Management Support Supervisor is responsible for providing analytical support of line operations throughout all of Niagara's production facilities. This is achieved while working with a team of technicians and vendors to identify and act upon opportunities to improve current systems within the organization.
