Essential Functions

  • Prepare project construction schedules

  • Submit “Requests for Information” to clients

  • Manage day-to-day activities of assigned projects

  • Act as the main point-of-contact for project personnel

  • Coordinate meetings, schedule updates, submit deliverables, and address outstanding open items as requested by clients

  • Prepare look-ahead documents and weekly, monthly progress reports and billing information

  • Review and monitor job costs versus budgets

  • Report regularly to management team

  • Prepare complete cost estimates (labor and material) for commercial & industrial projects within set deadlines

  • Perform field take-offs/evaluations for estimate preparation

  • Participate in the estimate review process with internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepare bills of material and other information for use by purchasing

  • Prepare complete labor and material cost estimates

  • Schedule and attend field walk-downs with customers, subcontractors, and construction personnel to understand and determine constructability requirements

  • Compare various project documents for accuracy and consistency

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of change orders

  • Coordinate closely with project management

  • Assist construction personnel throughout the project lifecycle in tracking and understanding basis of cost estimate

  • Regular and predictable attendance

  • Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location

  • Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable.

About You:

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ project management and estimating in the electrical industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Knowledgeable with specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time/cost/labor estimates for projects and services
  • Knowledgeable of the N.E.C. and all relevant local codes
  • Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, etc. plans and specifications to include blueprints, proposals and other documents as they relate to electrical work
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient with estimating software such as Accubid or equivalent
  • Ability to prepare construction schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who is able to successfully work with diverse internal and external partners
  • Self-driven with the ability to stay on-task for extended periods of time

Essential Functions

  • Support the project team by preparing, monitoring, and updating resource and cost loaded construction schedules in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project as needed
  • Produce a critical path analysis, status reporting, and assist in the development of recovery plan schedules as required
  • Prepare schedule reports as required including critical path view, baseline vs actual view, look ahead views, and milestone views
  • Review lower tier subcontractor schedule submittals (RFP, Baseline, Updates) and advise on any concerns
  • Implement a minimum standard of use in scheduling guidelines and should be skilled in procedures to differentiate between L.E. Myers and customer schedule impacts
  • Partner with both internal and external stakeholders on planning and scheduling related items including reporting requirements and progress reporting and will ensure timely completion of schedules and projects with the operational project team
  • Identify opportunities and take action to build collaborative relationships within the organization while focusing on achieving business goals
  • Analyze situations by gathering and organizing information, assessing cause and effect relationships, and recommending potential solutions
  • The Regional Scheduler will complete the L.E. Myers Group Project Management Training Program
  • Regular and predictable attendance

About You:

Qualifications

PRIMARY ROLE

As a Technical Director you will be responsible for all areas of the projects that are assigned to you including, technical, logistical, staffing, and more to maintain the highest quality of experience for the client and its attendees. You will work among an interdisciplinary team to create experiences in both physical and virtual environments. From concept to completion, your role centers around systems and procedures to ensure no detail is missed and finding the most value for our clients while maximizing project profitability. The Technical Director must be skilled in Vectorworks and possess stellar communication and organizational skills. You will also be asked to be a mentor for the newer and less experienced members of the Project Management team.

Our operations department has locations in Illinois and Ohio. We are open to in-person, hybrid or remote for a highly skilled Technical Direct/Project Manager of Corporate Live Events.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate information with the Account Executive to review scope of work for the project
  • Create Technical and space drawings of all aspects of the project using Vectorworks
  • Compile technical information to assist in creating show budgets and pull sheets
  • Travel to project site to execute elements of assigned project as well as provide continuity with client planning teams
  • Visit venues, as required, for site survey to ensure that all logistics suit client needs as well as gather venue information to assist with planning
  • Interface with technicians ahead of time to ensure all required elements are covered
  • Work with Operations ensure equipment accuracy and fulfill any substitutions necessary
  • Work with Operations to procure any necessary rentals from outside vendors
  • Maintain a safe working environment and comply with venue safety requirements.
  • Organize and distribute show information to all parties involved with the event.
  • Coordinate pre/postproduction meetings internally or with client and crew as needed.
  • Be positive and an advocate of the company and its process, staff and vision.
  • Mentor new and less experienced project managers to assist with their growth as a Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive Experience as a Technical Director and/or Project Manager for corporate live events
  • Highly Skilled at Vectorworks drafting for live corporate events
  • Knowledge of live events technical systems (audio, video and lighting)

Position Responsibilities

  • Create and submit photo requests, working with Product Managers to gather information and samples for photography.

  • Conduct daily management of assets and jobs in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

  • Maintain and publish assets to website.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field.

  • 1+ years of Photography Studio, Imaging Team, Asset Management or Digital Media experience.

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and related Adobe Creative Suite programs.

  • Digital Asset Management, Adobe Experience Manager, Excel and Image editing experience a plus.

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Job Description

The IT Project Management Resource will play a vital role in supporting all IT Project and Program Managers within the Business and Technology Services (BTS) Talent Development Office. Reporting directly to the Director of IT Talent Development, OCM, and Marketing & Communications, this position focuses on building and enhancing IT project management skills, aligning with organizational project management standards, and ensuring effective use of tools and methodologies in a complex operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility & Accountability: Have defined authority and responsibility for significant areas of SAP work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects. Establish organizational objectives and delegate assignments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with 7 years of SAP experience; Master's Degree with 6 years' experience; PhD with 2 years' experience.
  • Proven expertise in SAP LE, IM, WM/EWM, and integration technologies (API, EDI, IDOCs).
  • Ability to strategically analyze and develop solutions for complex SAP-related problems.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with supply chain management systems is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Role And Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage complete project lifecycle from pre-deployment through closure

  • Coordinate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and 3PL execution teams

  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards

  • Maintain and track project progress in Asana

  • Oversee daily installation

Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead weekly connects with Global Ergonomics team

  • Host kick-off calls and check-ins with site stakeholders

Safety & Compliance:
