The Project Manager Role:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering or physical science is preferred.

Overview
Swanson Russell is seeking a Web Specialist to support and execute a variety of digital initiatives across websites and email platforms. As a Consultant Project Manager in 'Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology' (ADS&T), you'll be part of our Programme Delivery Practice. In your role, you'll enable organisations to achieve maximum benefits from digital transformation and innovative operations. You'll work directly with clients, identifying, shaping and managing better delivery capabilities. You'll be supported to lead your own work packages or Agile delivery teams across our markets.

- Demonstrate a variety of technical project deliveries within collaborative environments.
- Project management- The ability to manage all aspect of project delivery, including forecasting, change management and risk management. There will be a significant emphasis on financial acumen.
- Experience of working in a project delivery environment with a sound understanding of structured and agile methodologies (e.g. APMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum).

- Commercial awareness- Providing contract management, supplier management or commercial advice to clients.
- Experience and understanding of complex IT systems, hardware, software (bespoke and COTS) and managing delivery of IT projects in a Waterfall/Agile context is advantageous.
- Market experiences working within the UK Defence & Security sector is advantageous.
- Ability to be UK mobile, including travel to and work from AtkinsRalis offices and client sites on a regular (weekly) basis.
