**Responsibilities**
+ Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting
+ Have thorough knowledge of the company's contracts and understanding of all parties involved
+ Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors
+ Facilitate project meetings to successfully coordinate work activity
+ Lead, train, and develop project team members

**Basic Qualifications**
+ Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience
+ 4+ years of construction experience required; working for a general contractor on large-scale construction projects is highly preferred
+ 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams
+ Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project
+ Ability to make timely and effective decisions
+ Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish
+ Skilled at developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors
+ Strong work ethic, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

As a Commercial HVAC Serviceman Service Technician , you understand the importance of providing expert and quality service. We are looking for an individual who has:
- Inspect and maintain air-conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating and cooling units
- Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines

This role is ideal for a motivated, solutions-oriented leader who excels in a dynamic consulting environment. You will manage a variety of water and wastewater projects, including water pipelines, sewer systems, tanks/reservoirs, pump stations, and treatment facilities. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee all phases of water and wastewater projects, including planning, design, and construction support. Ensure projects comply with contracts, drawings, specifications, codes, and regulations. Coordinate with sub-consultants for scope, schedule, and budget. Communicate with clients to establish project goals and schedule. Coordinate internally for project resource allocation. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Team Management: Supervise and support engineering and technical staff, including mentoring junior engineers. Coordinate work across multiple disciplines to ensure project success. Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor financial aspects of projects, track progress, and adjust resources as needed to meet project milestones and budgetary constraints. Implement corrective actions when needed to achieve project success. Client and Business Development: Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Identify project needs, propose solutions, and lead client meetings to secure new business opportunities. Contribute to marketing and proposal efforts, including the preparation of winning proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for various projects. Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of engineering documents, contract documents, and project reports. Ensure adherence to quality and safety practices, and coordinate with governing agencies for code compliance. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the point of contact with clients. Lead the preparation of client presentations. Ensure compatibility with design intent by coordinating with project engineers and other disciplines. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including 2+ years in a project management role. California Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain California PE registration within 6 months of hire. Strong technical knowledge of the water/wastewater industry. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service and interact positively with clients. Ability to travel to project sites and other Kennedy Jenks offices as needed. + Acts as an agent of business and is involved with developing relationships with key customers and understanding the customer issues.
+ Ability to provide timely, concise and relevant information to superiors and subordinates.
+ Provides technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates and subcontractor selection and procurement.
+ Enforce the policies and procedures as it relates to Health & Safety. Will be measured off the districts health and safety record. Works closely with the Director of Health and Safety and VP of Site Services in resolving issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
+ Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
+ 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience.
+ Leadership/supervisor experience preferred.
+ Emergency response supervisor training and Marine Spill Response training preferred.
+ Strong understanding of equipment operations.
+ Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulation.

+ Strong environmental remediation background and experience.
+ In depth knowledge of remedial technologies.
