**Position Summary:**
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the execution of a key initiative within NCR Project Managers Organization (PMO) Function. The Project Coordinator will assist with planning, coordination and monitoring of projects related to development and onboarding of new ATM As A Service customers. This involves working with multiple project stakeholders to ensure data entry / validation and set up of relevant internal systems to enable successful project delivery for deployment and installation of ATM HW / SW / Network and subsequent turnover to lifecycle support. To be successful in this role, this person should have a strong understanding of Project Coordination methodologies.
**Key Areas of Responsibility:**
+ Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
+ Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
+ Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on status to stakeholders.
+ Accurate and timely system data entry
+ Build and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including team's members, clients, vendors, and executives throughout the project.
+ Ensure internal stakeholders are held accountable to deliver on their tasks to meet project objectives.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in software implementation or project management within a small organization.
- Experience with tools and software used for managing software changes such as Jira, PHP, MYSQL and ASP.
Work Environment: This position typically involves working in an office. Occasional after-hours work may be required for system updates or deployments to minimize disruption during working hours.
