The Project Support Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers to ensure all administrative processes are executed with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner in managing submittals, RFPs, bid documentation, and will have experience dealing with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the administrative right hand to Project Managers, supporting day-to-day project execution.
+ Manage the full submittal process using Procore, ensuring compliance with client and contractor standards.
+ Assist in drafting and organizing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
+ Coordinate and track bid bonds, performance bonds, and payment bonds.
+ Support estimating and bidding processes for industrial equipment projects involving sheet metal, millwrights, HVAC, and electrical scopes.
+ Set up new vendors and clients in internal systems, supporting business development efforts.
+ Maintain meticulous records and documentation to ensure project accuracy and audit readiness.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
