Job Description: SAP Data and Quality Systems Specialist
Job Summary:
This contingent position will provide project support for Client in North America by performing a variety of tasks related to data entry, quality assurance, and system management. The role involves working with spreadsheets, SAP, and other systems to ensure data accuracy and support various project phases. Ideal candidates will have a background in data management and SAP systems, and may have experience working with lab operations and personnel in production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Collaboration:
Engage with project members, stakeholders, and interested parties. Interact with process experts, key users, and others to request assistance, test scripts, identify gaps, share outcomes, and seek help from the team as needed.
Script Development:
Assist in developing scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Specification Audits:
Compare specifications across various systems. Identify discrepancies, report findings, and assist the project team with action plans and tracking.
Master Data Setup and Maintenance:
Assist with setting up SAP master data, including preparing mass data uploads, creating and maintaining inspection plans, inspection methods, master inspection characteristics, usage decision codes, and establishing certificate profiles in SAP. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.
Data Transfers:
Support data transfer activities for North America and ensure data integrity during transfers.
Training and Knowledge Transfer:
Participate in training sessions to understand project requirements and transfer knowledge to others as needed.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP systems, preferably SAP QM (Quality Management).
Experience with data entry and data management.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and other project management tools is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role supporting large-scale IT projects is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Multilingual (Spanish/German/English) is a plus.
Work Environment:
Primary work location is 2 TW Alexander Drive, Durham, NC (RTP Office).

Salesforce Project Manager Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.
- Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma; AND one (1) year of customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

- Identify risk and develop and execute mitigation strategies.

- 30% nation-wide travel, up to 50% travel based on specific project requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business, or related field of study.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience in heavy construction, design-build projects, and managing multi-million dollar projects.
- Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication competencies.

The Project Manager, Technical Assistance & Performance is responsible for supporting the day-to-day progress and success of technical assistance projects and driving at least one aspect of performance management within the Technical Assistance & Performance (TAP) Division in the Office of County Administration (OCA). The TAP team aims to be the trusted group for partnering with Harris County departments and divisions to solve some of the Countys hardest problems and achieve truly impactful solutions to enhance the Countys work and improve the lives of Harris County residents. The TAP Team partners with departments and divisions to help address problems or achieve solutions related to major priorities of Commissioners Court. Commissioners Courts priority outcomes are focused on environment, flooding, housing, public health, transportation, justice and safety, economic opportunity, and governance and customer service.
Position Description
The Project Manager, Technical Assistance & Performance is responsible for supporting the day-to-day progress and success of technical assistance projects and driving at least one aspect of performance management within the Technical Assistance & Performance (TAP) Division in the Office of County Administration (OCA). The TAP team aims to be the trusted group for partnering with Harris County departments and divisions to solve some of the Countys hardest problems and achieve truly impactful solutions to enhance the Countys work and improve the lives of Harris County residents. The TAP Team partners with departments and divisions to help address problems or achieve solutions related to major priorities of Commissioners Court. Commissioners Courts priority outcomes are focused on environment, flooding, housing, public health, transportation, justice and safety, economic opportunity, and governance and customer service.
The TAP team usually works with partners for several weeks or months to study an issue and any applicable data/documents, understand the relevant staffs strengths and needs, identify action steps and any additional resources/support needed, and then implement sustainable solutions through a flexible and adaptive process. In terms of performance management, the TAP Team also manages the Department Progress Meetings process with the Goal Area Committees (which are made up of Commissioners Court office staff) as well as departments Performance Measures reporting. In addition, the team provides ad hoc support to other divisions or departments as needed (e.g., supporting preparation of key Commissioners Court agenda items and related backup materials, supporting the newly established Fiscal Review process for requests for new funding, expanding departments access to and awareness of available resources within the County).
Harris County seeks a mission- and data-driven, service-oriented individual who can help drive the successful execution of the teams projects and other responsibilities. This role works closely with other TAP team members and department staff to execute projects and other work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Execution : For each TAP team project, supports the development, implementation, and refinement of a typically multi-week or -month process that includes project kickoff, assessment, brainstorming, work plan development, testing, implementation, reassessment, improvement, and sustainment. Supports 1-3 TAP team projects at any given time. Helps ensure timely and effective execution of (and, as needed, adjustments to) the project work plan, in conjunction with partner division/department staff as applicable.
- Communication: Regularly communicates with the Senior Project Manager who is leading each project to which the Project Manager is assigned, other TAP team members, partner department/division staff, and others as needed regarding project progress and to provide and gather feedback on an ongoing basis. Special attention should be given to communicating with partner department/division staff to maintain alignment, discuss proposed changes or other updates, and respond to feedback quickly.
- Collaboration: Works with staff from other supporting departments (HR, IT, etc.) as applicable to enhance project impact, and supports the development and implementation of a Resource Bank for all County employees to access information about available resources, process-oriented best practices, and other useful information.
- Performance Tracking: Plays an integral role in driving the preparation of Department Progress Meetings with the Goal Area Committees and/or departments monthly reporting on Performance Measures. Attends and tracks follow-ups from select Goal Area Committee meetings.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
- One (1) year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.
- Experience driving meaningful improvements or launching new projects and programs, tracking performance of those improvements and new initiatives, adjusting based on changes and feedback, reporting results, and addressing roadblocks.
- Background in project management, process improvement, strategic planning, and/or innovation.
- Demonstrated commitment to and track record of advancing equity, justice, diversity, and opportunity in operations and public policy design.
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex projects and solving difficult problems involving various levels and teams within an organization.
- Advanced knowledge of or ability to learn quickly about public policy, Texas county government operations, laws, statutes, functions, programs, and best practices for county operations.
- Knowledge of change management, project management, and team-building principles.
- Ability to execute tasks in an effective and timely manner and prioritize assignments to meet directives while managing workload levels.
- Ability to establish positive relationships, maintain the highest standard of professional and personal ethics and behavior, and accept and provide supervision.

Position Overview
Reporting to DCMC Partners' Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, or Sr. Recovery Manager as assigned. This position is responsible for ensuring program delivery is provided in a timely, professional, customer-centric manner to meet Client/Applicant priorities. Project Recovery Managers lead single small and/or large-scale response and/or recovery programs and projects in areas impacted by FEMA-declared disasters. Project Managers work onsite and/or remotely with DCMC staff and subcontractors to deliver program management support to clients/applicants. Position assignments are full-time and ON-SITE.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead, coach, coordinate and evaluate the performance of project staff as assigned.
- Participate in Client/Applicant/sub -Applicant and Regulatory Agency communications as Client representative/advisor.
- Communicate timely information, guidance, and recommendations to Clients and company leadership and subordinates.
- Gather required and needed information from Clients/Applicants using assigned templates.
- Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Monitor program performance parameters and establish necessary tools for control over program results.
- Prepare and disseminate reports and other deliverables.
- Provide overall project QA/QC in all phases.
- Track due dates and deliverables to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Oversee, track, and record successes and determinations.
- Prepare in-depth reports for both PM and Client Leadership
Public Assistance Specific Tasks:
- Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal policies and procedures relating to the PA Program.
- Create and track plans to streamline PA procedures.
- Advanced level of experience in FEMA PA program or other FEMA Public Assistance programs
- Demonstrated ability to interpret PA policy and procedures and read and interpret project guidelines and contracts.
Company/Client/Gov't Agency Relations:
- Serve as a direct interface between DCMC and Client and between Client and representatives of Federal/State/Local agencies, including high-level elected and appointed officials.
- Build relationships of trust across functions and organizations.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to aggressively meeting timelines and deliverables.
- Provide applicable program knowledge and experience to assist clients in making well-informed decisions.
- Develop an understanding of each Applicants' project goals, objectives, and risks and prioritize accordingly.
- Facilitate and attend Client meetings and interactions with other agencies at all levels of government.
Business Development Opportunities:
- Explore and create opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients both from within their own fields of expertise as well as other company capabilities.
- Proactive pursuit of opportunities to generate business from new and previous clients in all company service offerings.
- Assist coworkers in their efforts to do the same.
- Assist with business development support activities through participation in client meetings, proposal preparation, and professional organization involvement.
General Administration:
- Oversee, train, and lead program staff in understanding and applying regulations, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Assist through action or recommendation improvement or customization of DCMC's processes.
- Review and approve sub-consultant invoices, DCMC timesheets, and Client invoices.
- Provide recruiting and hiring process support as required to find, secure, and onboard new and rehired DCMC staff.
- Complete other duties which may arise from time to time commensurate with the title and position.
Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning Public Administration, Business Management, etc.
- Experience : 5+ years' experience in the disaster recovery field, with significant experience at the managerial level. Preferred
- Skills :
- FEMA's Public Assistance Program.
- 44 CFR, PAPPG, HMA Guidance, and Disaster Recovery Reform Act of 2018 compliance.
- Multiple state/regional disaster experience. Preferred
- Certifications : CFM, AICP, CEM, PMP, Valid Driver's License.
- Language : Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Must reside in Puerto Rico.

Work Planner Project Coordinator Summary of Responsibilities

+ Provide support as needed to obtain pesticide license and ISA certification.

+ Main point of contact for FE Representatives.

+ Able to travel to location where they're needed most in neighboring FE territories.
+ Storm response responsibilities and coordination of work planners for possible work in other FE work areas.
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in Utility Vegetation Management.
+ ISA and Pesticide License REQUIRED.
Additional comments regarding the role
+ The expectation is that 50+% of the selected individuals time will be spent in the coordinator role.
+ Once primary responsibilities as Project Coordinator are complete the expectation is that they perform work planning activities.
+ The expectation for this role is that the individual is working on FE property full time.
