Project Manager will supervise concrete construction projects from beginning to end. They are
responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. The
Project Manager must have a minimum 5 years direct experience in commercial concrete
construction and hold a bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related
field. Tilt-Up and/or vertical experience is required. Project Managers will work directly with site
superintendents to manage job responsibilities together. They need to have ability to execute
and oversee several projects simultaneously. Project Manager to have strong skills to maintain
quality control throughout the project. Must be an exceptional communicator and have a strong
ability to work well with multiple groups. In addition to the ability to work thoroughly under
deadlines in a fast-paced environment, building and maintaining client relationships is an
essential part of this position.
The following items a Project Manager will also be responsible for:
Create and maintain project budgets and schedules
Weekly review of project labor cost with Superintendent to ensure labor budget is being
maintained
Manage project productivity, costs, quality and safety consistent with company policies
and practices
Meet with the operations team regularly to discuss form work, budget, schedule, logistics
plans, etc.
Communicate with the client throughout the process to ensure our plan is acceptable
Follow a critical path schedule and discuss the logic behind the sequence

Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, etc.
Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log

This position reports directly to the Project Executive with dotted line responsibility to the

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of products
Knowledge of the building development industry
Familiarity with construction methods and the building codes
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
5+ years of relevant work experience in large concrete construction
Extensive knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means and methods
Knowledge of project safety and OSHA standards
Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Responsibilities
Objectives of this Role:
- Provide guidance, Lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives, and plan resource requirements for projects across the department.
- Assure projects are completed with approved scope, budget, schedule, and alignment with the master plan.
- Effectively interact with leadership and partner with Operations to establish priorities and define requirements for portfolio of projects within the assigned area.
- Ensure our capital investments use the best technology, have the best outcomes for our business, and align with contemporary standards.
- Serve as subject matter expert for one or more processing areas.
- Interface with engineering team to ensure project compliance with applicable client standards, follow all best practices and comply with client quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BS degree in Engineering or related discipline from fully accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical experience.
- Experience in transferring products from one plant to another.
- Good working knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and facility/equipment validation requirements.
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations.
- User level computer knowledge for completing documentation and email.

This role will provide strategic support to the leadership team within the Integrated Supply Chain department of the Space & Mission Systems sector. The Integrated Supply Chain leadership team, led by the Sr. Director, comprises senior leaders overseeing Subcontracts, Procurement, Compliance, Logistics, Business Unit Leadership, and Business Operations. These leaders work collaboratively to drive program success from award through execution and delivery of high-quality hardware to our government and commercial customers.
The organization, which operates primarily across the Boulder, Broomfield, and Westminster Colorado campuses, consists of approximately 275 professionals in supply chain, procurement, compliance, logistics, and government property management. They work under the guidance of the Sr. Director and the leadership team to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management.
The Integrated Supply Chain team has a direct impact on program success, acting as a critical chain that links the end-to-end material flow together. Our organization helps propel us forward and achieve true mission partnership.
**What You ll Do:**
+ Support the Sr. Director and senior leaders with daily execution tasks including managing calendars, establishing/supporting meetings, and keeping the leaders informed of events.
+ Oversee, monitor, and report on special projects as needed to support the operations of the supply chain organization. This includes developing a process for executing and tracking projects and initiatives for Integrated Supply Chain.
+ Support the reporting of monthly and quarterly metrics, including quality, on-time delivery and savings. This includes extracting data from internal dashboards, ensuring accuracy of date, calculating metrics, and creating slides that tells a story with the data.
+ Generate documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office suite tools.
+ Lead the concept, design, implementation, and ongoing administration of the organization s SharePoint site, ensuring it is user-friendly, well-structured, and aligned with business needs to support collaboration and knowledge management. Maintaining and updating current SharePoint site is essential; eventually, may create from scratch or revamp the existing SharePoint sites.
+ Support employee onboarding activities including office setup, campus orientation, introductions, certification assignments, and training plan establishment.
+ Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and other enterprise organizations to ensure that employee telecommunications, building, and office space are adequately set up
+ Support employee travel including booking airfare, establishing lodging, and creating expense reports
+ Manage the procurement and accounting of office supplies and other miscellaneous items required for function of department.
+ Track management activities including hiring, recognition, timesheet compliance, service awards, and employee engagement.
+ Plan and support the department leaders town hall and all hands meetings.
+ Support customer visits including coordinating access, establishing meetings, catering, and meeting spaces as required by the organization.
+ Manage employee appreciation events including site establishment, event coordination, logistics, and catering.
+ Monitor SMS internal customer and Inc-level requests, including metrics, reports, and feedback on updates to policies and procedures.
+ Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
+ Perform other duties as necessary.
**On-Site Work Environment:** This position requires regular in-person engagement by working **on-site five days** each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

+ Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ BS/BA plus 2 or more years related experience.
+ Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
