This position is responsible for managing the financial reporting team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely manner. Managing deadlines and keeping projects moving smoothly.
Background
CPA license (or actively pursuing it).
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Masters in Taxation is a plus.
5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
Comfortable with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar).
Strong communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Someone who can prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
