Acts as a resource for managing ongoing vendor risk activities, including contributing to the upkeep of compliance documentation and supporting process enhancements, as needed.Develops and maintains strong working relationships with vendors and provides excellent service to internal and external partners.Analyzes and evaluates proposals and assists in the vendor selection process.Executes vendor management activities, including process oversight, adherence to standards, metrics tracking, and coordination of the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFI and RFPs.Manages and administers vendor management tools and generates reports for internal use.Manages service agreements across a wide range of vendor categories throughout the organization.Assists with vendor performance evaluations and monitoring of adherence to SLAs. **Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Lead a Program and Vendor Management function which focuses on physical and cybersecurity initiatives and ensure effective partnership with organizations across the enterprise to include the business, acquired entities, and our IT, risk management, and facilities organizations
+ Develop standardized project and portfolio management processes in alignment with industry best practices to provide senior leadership with insight into program/project performance, metrics, and cost
+ Partner with security leaders to plan and execute on major security initiatives, with a focus on driving strategic transformation for the security function and reducing risk for the enterprise
+ Mentor security teams as they build effective implementation plans inclusive of metrics, project milestones, deliverables, and manage time and budget attached to each initiative

+ Lead and develop a team of project managers and program leads, coaching them in delivery best practices and security awareness

**Required Qualifications:**

**Position Summary:**
Supports and manages all subcontracted and purchased material for the Armament Systems Business Unit. Coordinate activities of various Supply Chain disciplines by creating and participating in program level Supply Chain strategies and plans. Ensure the placement and receipt of all material requirements to meet those strategies and plans in support of program requirements including complete material management / ownership (schedule, cost and Material EAC). This individual is the liaison between the program office and the Supply Chain organization and is responsible for the development, coordination and execution of all program specific material strategies, supply chain objectives, and enterprise objectives. Will represent Supply Chain to the Customer, Program Management and Weapons Systems management. This individual may be responsible for multiple programs, which will have numerous variations in responsibilities from simple to complex. The Sr. Principal Supply Chain Specialist functions include, but are not limited to, functioning as the "owner" of the materials i.e. Deputy Program Manager for all material related items. This includes: developing material strategies on complex programs; facilitate Make/Buy decisions; prepare and execute Material Program Plans (MPPs) which includes both cost and schedule; identifying and mitigating complex program risks as they pertain to material requirements; achieve program material budget objectives by developing a set of strategies that will achieve those directives; gather estimate at complete (EAC) data and managing program purchase requirements to meet production build schedules; work closely with Subcontracts and Purchasing with resolving Supply Chain issues for the program and work closely with the program office in resolving program material cost problems. Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $05,800.00Salary Range 2: 87,000.00 - 130,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. A role on the Supply Chain Operations team means you will support our supply chain facilities in making it easy to deliver to stores and guests while unlocking enterprise growth. You will leverage your analytical capabilities to design and deploy supply chain measures within our value stream and analyze data which solve highly complex business problems related to performance and quality. You will work directly with our field teams to design leading and lagging supply chain metrics and then work with data and business intelligence partners to construct, test, and deploy those metrics across Target's network. Your role will heavily involve working the data, extracting business insights from data, solving problem statements, gap analysis, and constantly evaluating what additional visibility is needed to drive business performance.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, Reverse & Recommerce , you will be responsible for managing the end-of-life disposition of company assets and non-retail items, making decisions to ensure materials are directed to responsible end markets. You will also lead efforts to identify and develop new, sustainable end markets for items currently being sent to landfill, while maintaining strong partnerships with certified recyclers and vendors. You will lead efforts to manage electronic recycling and e-waste stewardship programs, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include tracking and reporting program performance, training internal teams on proper disposal practices, and driving continuous improvement in waste diversion and sustainability initiatives. About you:
- 4-year degree (supply chain, operations, business) or equivalent experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong initiative and willingness to take risks
- Good reasoning, conflict-management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Flexible, resilient, and comfortable in 'grey areas' that are constantly changing
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
