+ Review and interpret product specifications, ensuring suppliers understand and meet Walmart's requirements.
+ Work with Product Development and Sourcing teams to help launch new products with a focus on quality and compliance.
+ Monitor supplier performance, analyze data, and recommend improvement plans as needed.
+ Stay informed about category trends, customer needs, and supplier capabilities.

+ 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, product development, manufacturing, Textiles or a related area.
+ Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Six Sigma) are a plus.
+ Experience with statistical analysis or data visualization is preferred.
