**What you'll do**
+ Conduct quality inspections during the installation process to ensure work meets plans and specifications
+ Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards
+ Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution
+ Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved
+ Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document the results
+ Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management
+ Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions

**What you'll need**
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company

Our client, a reputable name in the manufacturing industry, is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Control Manager to lead their quality assurance efforts at their facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US . This critical leadership role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust quality management systems, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of excellence and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in quality control, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and exceptional leadership skills. You will be instrumental in driving a culture of quality throughout the organization, minimizing defects, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control policies, procedures, and standards across all manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Lead the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address defects and non-conformities.
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of all testing and measurement equipment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D departments to resolve quality issues and improve product design and manufacturability.
• Manage customer complaints and returns, conducting thorough investigations and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a quality department and leading a team of QA/QC professionals.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and CAPA methodologies.
