Maximus is looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III to support our DMCS program under our Department of Education portfolio.
This will be a Limited Service position. You will be hired on a contingency basis with limited time of service.
The Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III will provide quality control reviews for functions supporting the Debt Management Collection Services (DMCS) program.

- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Follow procedures and directions to assess the quality of service provided through monitoring incoming calls and other work types which focusing on the quality of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
- Provide feedback on call monitoring results.
- Evaluate recorded and/or transcribed interactions of a complex nature between the caller/chatter/correspondent and the worker, and provide appropriate context of ratings.
Additional Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate correspondence and phone activities and complete scorecards to assess each item according to guidance provided and provide a constructive assessment.
- Maintain and update databases, score cards, reports, and documents with high degree of accuracy.
- Identify accounts requiring escalation, escalating immediately if warranted.
- Utilize the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call quality and department tasks.
- Preform administrative functions that support the process of reports and appeals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations, policies, and procedures as they apply to student financial aid.
- Maintain current understanding of the processing procedures.
- Utilize available systems, knowledge-base and standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to respond to inquiries and perform job duties.
- Identify trends in the information provided by agents to identify areas of improvement and areas that might require additional training.
- Organize, lead, or participate in calibration meetings including the selection of topics to be evaluated and discussed,
- Assist with new hire presentations, assignments, and certifications.
- Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information.
- May perform other functions as requested by management within scope of level or occasional support of lower-level functions as business/volume need require

DMCS Contact Center Quality team is an essential part of the DMCS program. Its objective is to utilize operational techniques and activities to satisfy quality requirements. Quality includes activities aimed at the detection and correction of errors, faults, discrepancies and/or defects in products or services prior to delivery. QC activities generate testing or review results of work efforts and provide feedback that supports Quality Assurance (QA) and drives continuous improvement.

- Analyze raw mix with X-ray, wet or physical analysis and instruct Raw Grind on change, and assist in solving any problems.
- Monitor clinker production with X-ray or wet analysis and insure quality clinker used in cement production.

- Record accurately and timely, data for use by management and other departments.

+ Possess knowledge of basic computer skills sufficient to use Government computer system to access various technical references for airframe repairs and Government training requirements.
+ Document maintenance as per Quality Assurance (QA) and established regulatory requirements.
+ Comply with work order timekeeping system procedures.
+ Maintain high state of cleanliness and utilize a clean-as-you-go process when executing maintenance duties.
+ Perform weekly Foreign Object Damage (FOD) walk-downs.

+ Comply with processes and procedures as per DHS/DOD documents and publications.
+ Immediately report missing, lost, found, or unattended tools to the supervisor. Maintain and control tools IAW tool control policy and instructions. Inventory and inspect tools on a regular basis to identify when to replace worn or broken tools and report the need for replacement tools to the supervisor.
+ Clean work area as necessary, assuring all hazardous materials are properly stored; Handle hazardous materials, expired materials and wastes in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
+ Comply with safety rules and procedures and perform work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work area. Promptly report accidents, injuries, safety, violations, and/or unsafe practices or procedures to supervisor.
+ Perform weekly break room and smoking area cleaning duties.

Minimum Requirements
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a CBP Background Investigation Suitability clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain the clearance.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Five (5) years of experience in multi engine propeller aircraft.
+ Valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) License required.
+ Valid FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) required.

You will be supporting the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop an understanding of the electrical project scope, quality requirements, quality plan, and quality documents pertaining to the assigned scope of work including applicable codes and standards.Coordinate with operations to schedule and perform quality inspections and tests to maintain production goals.Prepare inspection/test reports and maintain the quality files related to area of responsibility.Verify inspection and test compliance with applicable contract documents, codes, and standards.Correctly interpret and utilize codes and industry standards to determine compliance of the work.Assist the project team with completion of required test documentation.Organize quality documents and store per the company and project document management procedures.Identify, report, and correct nonconforming work in accordance with the company quality standards and the Project Quality Plan.Perform receiving inspection of permanent materials and plant equipment for project requirements as needed.Be involved in and provide quality input to task planning meetings.Examine/inspect field conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies, and cost saving measures that arise or that may be encountered. **General Summary**
A Construction Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet specified standards and requirements. The primary focus is on maintaining the quality of the construction process and the final product.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Must have the ability to read, and interpret construction drawings
+ Perform difficult and challenging construction and project management functions including planning, directing and budgeting for assigned projects.
+ Responsible for coordinating inspections with the government, documenting findings, and resolving all deficiencies.
+ Responsible for government inspections and subcontract inspections for definable feature of work.
+ Review, approve and manage deliverables.
+ Review and assist with project design plan review to accomplish contractual objectives and provide direction and support to subcontractors, support staff, trades and crafts.
+ Responsible for assisting on the development of agendas for construction updates and progress meetings
+ Perform desktop publishing. Creates and assists in the development of visual presentations for the section.
+ This position may also consult with engineering staff and other technical personnel as required.
+ Responsible for keeping current on government regulations and commercial trends. Monitors project compliance requirements to ensure compliance with all required codes and standards
+ Maintain customer relations through communication both face to face, and digital. Professional appearance is desirable.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements**
+ Knowledge of U.S. Government procurement regulations and labor laws desirable
+ Must have or be able to pass Corps of Engineers CQM class for contractors
+ Advanced management and employee, and customer relations skills.
+ Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project.
+ Experience with P6 (Oracle) is preferred.
+ Experience with ProCore is preferred
+ Advanced attention to detail.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while attending to multiple tasks and demands.
**Work Experience**
+ 5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
+ Experience with US Corps of Engineers, government contracting and general construction
+ 4 years of Supervisory experience preferred
**Education, Licenses and Certification**

+ High School Diploma

+ Completion of OSHA 30-hour General Industry course
+ Certified Safety, Environmental and Emergency Manager (CSEM) preferred
+ Within 8 months of reporting on site the SSO will attend the following classes provided by the American Society of Hospital Engineers: NFPA 101 for Healthcare (3 day course), NFPA 99 (3 day course), and ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (2 day course). The contractor will provide to the COR a copy of the certificate of completion for each of these courses

+ Effectively lead the project Quality program and coordinate with the owner's Quality Assurance team as needed to ensure timely information is provided to support construction operations

**Qualifications:**

+ The individual must have 5+ years construction experience AND at least two years' experience as a QC Manager would be ideal.
+ Demonstrate experience leading supervision or quality control teams on commercial projects.
+ Must be able to manage other inspectors, as well as coordinate independent material testing and lab work.
+ Ability to process a large volume of submittals.
+ Prior experience developing Quality Control Plans.
