Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee and ensure the quality and safety of our construction projects. The successful candidate will develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and work closely with project teams to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

+ Ensure work onsite is completed safely, with quality, and productively.

+ Maintain and implement the 3 Phases of Quality Control per USACE QCM Requirements.

+ Ensure strict adherence to the USACE EM385-1-1 Safety Standards.

+ Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

+ Review Submittals and coordinate daily with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager.

+ Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address potential deficiencies in construction practices and materials.

+ Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and maintain quality control plans.

+ Oversee the development and execution of corrective action plans to address identified non-conformities.

+ Monitor construction progress and provide guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Coordinate and facilitate training programs to educate project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.

+ Manage and maintain detailed documentation related to quality control processes, inspections, and tests.

+ Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project quality and efficiency.

+ Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, codes, and regulations related to construction quality management.

+ Manage and conduct weekly QC Meetings with clients during the construction contract.

+ Manage and conduct daily safety meetings with subcontractors as necessary.

+ Review subcontractor Activity Hazard Analysis' prior to starting a definable feature of work.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct quality control and/or management or post-secondary education.

+ Proficient in the use of NAVFAC eCMS Management Software.

+ Working knowledge of Procore Project Management Software is a plus.

+ Complete understanding of all Quality Control Manager requirements including daily reports, Preparatory & Initial meetings, Submittal register, testing log, and holding weekly quality control meetings.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ OSHA 30-hour Certification is required.

+ Current CPR and 1st Aid Training is required.

+ USACE EM385-1-1 40 Hour Certification is required.

+ Current USACE Quality Control Management Certification is required.

+ Knowledge of construction-related technologies, quality activities, and quality auditing.

+ Ability to read and understand engineering design drawings, specifications, and applicable technical instructions, plans, and reports.

+ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and other applicable programs.

+ Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, years of experience will be considered.

+ Proven experience in construction quality management or quality assurance within the construction industry.

+ Strong ability to read and interpret project design documents including project drawings and specifications.

+ Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and standards.

Quality Control Inspector PURPOSE JOB SUMMARY Performs approved inspection programs for servicing and repair of gas turbine engines, aircraft components, parts, or accessories by the Repair Station Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, manufacturers' specifications, approved technical data, and Turbine Engine Specialists Inc. policies/procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Not listed in order of importance. Other duties may be assigned.) Performs all duties of designated inspection and product handling in accordance with TES. policies and procedures and provide reports/records, that comply with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, and the policies of TES. Completes receiving, assembly (in-process) inspection and the final acceptance inspection of each overhauled or repaired engine, APU, accessory, appliance and component at time of completion and prior to preparation for shipment. Assists as necessary with the operation and accuracy of the filing system for records, maintenance, electronic/manual maintenance records, bulletins, and related publications for their programs. Completes employee qualification audits, process verification audits, process and procedure audits, as they relate to the Repair Station. PURPOSE JOB SUMMARY
Performs approved inspection programs for servicing and repair of gas turbine engines, aircraft components, parts, or accessories by the Repair Station Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, manufacturers' specifications, approved technical data, and Turbine Engine Specialists Inc. policies/procedures.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
(Not listed in order of importance. Other duties may be assigned.)
+ Performs all duties of designated inspection and product handling in accordance with TES. policies and procedures and provide reports/records, that comply with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, and the policies of TES.
+ Completes receiving, assembly (in-process) inspection and the final acceptance inspection of each overhauled or repaired engine, APU, accessory, appliance and component at time of completion and prior to preparation for shipment.
+ Assists as necessary with the operation and accuracy of the filing system for records, maintenance, electronic/manual maintenance records, bulletins, and related publications for their programs.
+ Completes employee qualification audits, process verification audits, process and procedure audits, as they relate to the Repair Station.
+ Assures that preliminary, hidden, damage, progressive and final inspections are properly performed, and that proper inspection records, reports and forms are properly executed prior to releasing the product.
+ Instructs production personnel in proper procedures for compliance with product/company standards.
+ Conducts periodic inspection/calibration of all precision tools and test equipment, and ensures calibrations are current and conform to all applicable regulations.

This position is vital to ensuring the quality and integrity of our client's pharmaceutical products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will be responsible for performing a variety of chemical and physical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and regulatory specifications. This role requires a strong foundation in analytical chemistry, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will work within a state-of-the-art laboratory environment and collaborate with other members of the quality assurance and production teams.
