Position Summary: The Managing Photographer oversees all aspects of visual content production for a well-known ecommerce food brand-including photography, video, and digital asset management. This role is responsible for producing high-quality editorial and product imagery, managing the in-house photo studio, and ensuring visual consistency across all media platforms. The role also leads the documentation of events and producer stories, contributing significantly to brand storytelling and marketing initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the brand's in-house photo studio and staff, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees (e.g., Associate Photographer - Merchandise and Photo Studio Assistant).
- Lead all still and motion content creation, including editorial/lifestyle photography, product shots for the website, and branded video content.
- Produce documentary-style content, including "producer stories" from local farms and food production facilities.
- Photograph and film company events, community engagements, and other internal initiatives as needed.
- Oversee all phases of post-production, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery of visual assets.
- Manage the digital asset management system including:
o Organization and metadata tagging
o User permissions and account access
o Image gallery structure and archive upkeep
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with CaptureOne and other tethered shooting software.
- Proficient in digital asset management systems, ensuring efficient organization and retrieval of creative assets.
- Experience leading studio teams and managing on-set production workflows.
- Specialized expertise in food photography, including food styling and preparation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $58.00/hr.

+ Maintains accurate records and completes Bulk Fuel Receiving Report, Fuel Variance Report, Closing Month-end Report and Meter Calibration Report.
+ Notifies the Manager or designee when a fuel delivery is required and ensures that accurate stick readings are taken before and after delivery. In addition, ensures that proper procedure is followed during delivery.
+ Checks and fills the oil, antifreeze, power steering, transmission fluid, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid and belts on vehicles being fueled. **Role Description**

+ conducts background checks (i.e., OFAC, politically exposed persons, 311 and adverse information checks),
+ maintains evidence of search results in the KYC system and escalating to the BSA Officer any confirmed or suspected name matches associated with material negative information.
+ Troubleshoots routine and some complex issues with KYC/CIP system and various subsystems to resolution.
+ Provides quality check for updates made to existing customer records including appropriate documentation review. Also performs quality check reviews on alerts or cases and tracks deficiencies in order to enhance procedural standards and takes initiatives to suggest, plan and implement changes.
+ Working with the ACG VP, ensures business continuity under all conditions, sometimes adverse, with strict adherence to established guidelines and deadlines.
**Qualifications and Skills**
+ Very strong technical knowledge of AML, Bank Secrecy Act, Foreign Asset Control.
+ Very strong level knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) process and regulations.
+ Strong knowledge of banking policies, statutory and compliance regulations.
+ Strong knowledge of market practices related to compliance operations.
+ Good judgement, sense of urgency and accountability; time- management skills; critical thinking skills.
+ Ability to supervise and train others.
+ Ability to execute in a high pressure environment.
+ Good interpersonal skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Additional Requirements
+ Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in Financial Services. Back-office operations. Management experience preferred.

Job Description Summary
Maintains and fuels all para-transit vehicles in conjunction with para-transit operations center. Performs light maintenance as necessary to buildings and grounds.
$24.00/hr
**Major Responsibilities**
+ Opens the gates to the lot and checks para-transit parking areas to ensure all can be dispatched in a timely manner. Re-positions any vehicles that may impede the traffic in the yard.
+ Opens the fuel island, takes accurate stick and meter readings, and turns in inventory sheets at the end of the day.
+ Maintains accurate records and completes Bulk Fuel Receiving Report, Fuel Variance Report, Closing Month-end Report and Meter Calibration Report.
+ Notifies the Manager or designee when a fuel delivery is required and ensures that accurate stick readings are taken before and after delivery. In addition, ensures that proper procedure is followed during delivery.
+ Checks and fills the oil, antifreeze, power steering, transmission fluid, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid and belts on vehicles being fueled. Ensures that adequate supplies to perform checks are maintained at the fuel island. Communicates with the shop foreman regarding supplies and oil inventory dispensed into equipment.
+ Twice a week, checks tires for damage and proper air pressure. Tire damage must be reported to the shop immediately.
+ Inspects all vehicles during fueling or on a regularly scheduled basis for physical damage. Any damage will be reported immediately to the Manager or designee.
+ Maintains the required inventory in the spill barrel and notifies the Manager any time supplies are used or replaced.
+ In the event of a fuel spill, takes all necessary steps to contain the spill. The Manager or designee must be notified immediately.
+ Maintains adequate inventories and supplies to make minor repairs and facilitate the washing of vehicles.
+ Cleans interiors and exteriors of vehicles as required to maintain cleanliness of the fleet.
+ Performs maintenance of buildings and grounds to include yard cleanliness, grass and weeds or any other yard projects that are assigned as necessary.
+ Performs any other management requests or directives as requested.
**Minimum Education or Certifications Required**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
**Minimum Experience or Skills Required**
+ Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
+ Ability to appropriately interact with employees of all levels including drivers, customers, senior management, client representatives, union officials, and public.
+ Work extended hours regularly, including weekends and holidays to meet the business needs.
+ Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
**Physical Requirements and Working Conditions**
+ The position requires the employee to work outdoors in varying, seasonal weather conditions.
+ Must be able to drive company or personal vehicle to review driver performance, meet clients, and for other company related purposes.
+ Must be able to:
+ Use full range of hearing, speech, and vision
+ Use fingers (manual dexterity) handling paperwork
+ Stoop, crouch, squat, or kneel when performing inspections of any type
+ Bend at knee, hip, waist when performing duties
+ Stand while performing inspections
