Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
- Collaborate with team members to provide strategic counsel to developers, investors, and financial institutions.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate projects.
- Provide guidance on asset management, development, and property disputes.
- Represent clients in arbitration and in state and federal courts when necessary.
- Conduct thorough due diligence for real estate acquisitions and financing arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive and high-quality legal support.
- Stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Offer advice on real estate investments and related risks.
- Support clients in resolving disputes related to real estate transactions and management. Requirements - A minimum of three years of experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
- Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex real estate matters independently and within a team.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing client-focused and responsive legal services.
