Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2+ years of consecutive phone sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- 1+ years of call center experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive) and familiarity with CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- Skilled in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in debt settlement or a related financial services field is a strong advantage.

The Role Real Estate Senior Tax Managers possess a strong technical knowledge in partnership taxation and concepts specific to real estate companies. In addition to tax return reviews, Real Estate Tax Managers participate in identifying client issues and communicating with clients and financial managers. Managers must have strong written and oral presentation skills, conduct research on various client issues, and supervise Associates and Senior Associates. Participation in the professional growth and development of Associates and Senior Associates is also a key component of Managers’ responsibilities. Compensation And Benefits Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in Los Angeles, the expected salary range for this role is $165,000 to $36,900; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications. Benefits: Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our firm’s 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provides twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. For a full listing of benefit offerings, please visit Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale. The Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or related field; Advanced credential allowing for client representation before the Internal Revenue Service preferred (i.e. CPA or MST advanced credential); At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including: partnership tax experience - Understanding of Subchapter K and/or partnership allocations; Leadership and organizational skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal; Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment; Proficient use of technology including MS Excel. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or secondary degree; GoSystems and ProSystems experience. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
