  • Identifies develops and builds profitable relationships with prospects and clients consistent with the objectives of the Bank. Pro-actively works to ensure the credit quality standards of the Bank are maintained.

  • Expands portfolio and grows revenue through calls on existing and potential clients to determine their financial needs and provide solutions.

  • Establishes a referral network through existing relationships and calls on prospective clients and industry experts including lawyers, accountants and brokers.
  • Develops a strong understanding of clients and Commercial Real Estate Industry to assist in customer calling efforts. Maintains awareness of competitive products, practices, rates and changes in market conditions.
  • Calls on and collaborates with existing clients to determine their financial needs and offers solutions, many of which will result in additional cross-sales.

Mission Recruiting is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned litigator to join a thriving, family-owned law firm with offices in Southern California and Northern California . Established in 2006, this growing practice specializes in representing secured creditors and landlords in litigation, with additional focus on commercial and transactional work.

Role Overview

  • As an experienced attorney, you'll handle complex landlord-tenant law, evictions, and lender defense cases from start to finish. Your expertise will be crucial in managing disputes, foreclosures, and surplus proceeds. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and supervise junior associates, contributing to the firm's growth and development.

  • You'll be part of a close-knit group of 7 attorneys and a dedicated support staff, with plans for expansion to 10-15 attorneys in the near future.
