# Project Overview:
Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.
# Job Summary:
In this role, you will support project recruiting, screening, and processing efforts for a manual craft professional workforce. You will assist with document preparation, employment verifications, background submittals, pre-employment processing, and updating employee data in the HRIS system. Your efforts and attention to detail will contribute to ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process. #LI-TH1
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Screens craft applicants to ensure they meet the minimum established requirements for the applicable position that they applied for and extends offers of employment to candidates for continued processing and selection for available positions.
+ Conducts training classes and craft orientation.
+ Processes craft requests or actions in conformance with Bechtel Construction Services hiring policy.
+ Collects information or data for the development of an industrial relations program, policy or procedures received from local government agencies, employer associations, trade publications, area competitors and private agencies to determine what crafts are available in the area and their basic skill levels.
+ Collects, assembles and analyzes data or information for industrial relations reports and compares craft availability in the area to company requirements.
+ Processes employee data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) throughout the recruiting and hiring process, and updates as needed.
+ Has oversight responsibility for the recruiting process.
+ Provides advice on industrial relations recruiting issues to site management as requested.
+ Monitors existing industrial relations recruitment programs to ensure desired objectives and/or results are being achieve
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
+ Preferred bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Understands craft skill sets.
+ Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements associated with sourcing employees and applicants.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Prior work experience in industrial craft recruiting
+ Industrial Field Construction experience
+ Bilingual - English/Spanish
**Additional Information:** Work requires the physical ability to conduct field inspections including but not limited to: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces, and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress). Must be able to use appropriate standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. harness, life vest, lift buckets, etc.).

We are searching for a motivated individual who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Staffing Specialist. This individual will support the Branch Manager by assisting with daily operations, including helping recruit new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding work, ensuring our customers' open positions are filled, setting appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, generating sales and more. **Location:** Monroe, LA
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associates
+ Navigate multiple operating systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and staffing app - JobStack
+ Enter inbound orders from new and existing customers into our system
+ Proactively recruit new applicants and match them with our customers' open positions
+ Process payroll for our temporary workers in a timely manner
+ Promote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mind
+ Perform additional responsibilities as required
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
+ Customer service and/or sales experience
+ Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
+ Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
+ Must have access to reliable transportation
**Salary Range:** $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
