What are we looking for: Bachelor's degree required. 2 years of experience supporting the recruitment function and various selection processes (resume review, phone screen/interviews, reference checks, job fairs, interview coordination, etc.) Experience with high volume recruitment a plus. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Team Development • Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators. • Set performance goals and ensure alignment with hiring needs and business strategy. • Provide training, support, and process guidance to the team. Recruitment Operations & Strategy • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for senior-level and mission-critical roles. • Partner with hiring managers and executive leaders to anticipate and meet staffing needs. • Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, candidate satisfaction). • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency. • Oversee requisition management and job description development. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal hiring standards. Process & Technology Optimization • Collaborate with HRIS Manager on updates and optimizations to the applicant tracking system (ADP/Cornerstone experience a plus). • Standardize and maintain recruitment SOPs (standard operating procedures) in partnership with the HR Manager. Branding & Outreach • Represent Fremont Bank at community events, professional associations, and networking opportunities. • Participate in employer branding initiatives to strengthen Fremont Bank’s position as an employer of choice. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or certifications in recruiting preferred); equivalent experience will be considered. 7+ years of progressive in-house recruiting experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or other professional industries. 5+ years of experience managing recruiting teams with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals. Demonstrated ability to lead recruiting for client-facing, sales, and executive-level roles. Strategic thinker with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes. Skilled in recruitment systems, with experience implementing or improving ATS/CRM tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
