A day in the life. This is a hybrid role located in the Minneapolis, MN area. As our Regional Talent Acquisition Consultant on the Human Resources team, you’ll be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting of key roles across the Upper Midwest region. The Regional Talent Acquisition Consultant sources candidates for MMA’s client service opportunities, shares the MMA story, develops relationships with top talent within the region, collaborates with human resources and leadership teams, and identifies the best candidates to present to hiring managers. Demonstrated ability to recruit on a regional multi-location level. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required. 3+ years’ experience in either a corporate or agency recruiting role required; experience recruiting in professional services industries is preferred. Extensive online and in-person networking experience required. Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; experience in Workday preferred. Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required. Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent project management, analytical, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Ability to quickly build rapport with candidates via telephone or written communication is required. Ideal candidate will be strategic, energetic, highly motivated, responsive, persuasive and self-directed. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. The primary mission of the **High Volume** **Talent Acquisition Partner** is to source and attract a diversified pool of high talent within Operations. Based on volume and business demands, this savvy individual consults with key stakeholders to identify the qualified talent, while managing a full-cycle recruitment desk. This position requires critical and strategic thinking as well as strong recruiting, sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
**This position is remote position out of any of the following cities:** San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas, Denver, Seattle
**Salary:** $65,000/annually. Posting open until position is filled.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop, engage, and hire from a candidate pipeline; developed through market insights, sourcing methods, and talent acquisition process.
+ Establish strong internal stakeholder relationships and serve as a primary source of recruitment strategy, advice, consultation, and education.
+ Maintain requisition, applicant, and offer details in the applicant tracking system and proactively communicate updates to key partners including Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition Leaders.
+ Perform candidate screening and build rapport while underlining the employee value proposition of "Why Hertz" by sharing information about the culture, initiatives, career opportunities, and benefits.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience with a proven track record of full cycle recruitment
+ High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred.
+ 30-60 requisitions at a time/25-30 offers per week
+ Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience with a strong record of success filling positions at all corporate levels of the organization
+ Recent experience in strategic sourcing within a digital environment
+ Ability to develop, understand, manage, and action job descriptions and other tasks within an applicant tracking system; Oracle Cloud, a plus
+ Ability to influence while driving process.
+ Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
+ Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
+ Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.

**Job Purpose and Impact:**
The Senior Supervisor, Talent Acquisition - Corporate Functions is a Team Leader role responsible for leading the Corporate Functions recruiting team in sourcing and recruiting talent globally, with a focus on leading a team that will hire globally. To attract and hire top-tier Legal, Corporate Affairs, HR and Admin Services professionals ranging across various level of professional level positions. This role will be forward thinking, requiring extensive Corporate Functions related recruiting and talent acquisition experience, including extensive experience in building relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, candidates and across the HR team. Comfort in ambiguity and ability to influence across a global team will be critical to success. You will continuously develop top recruiting and advisory capabilities within the team.
**Key Accountabilities:**
+ Lead the sourcing strategy and execution of attracting top talent with success and effectiveness, defining sourcing strategy, developing tools, and building global cohesion including proactive sourcing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and diversity, equity and inclusion; and leading strategic capability development based on workforce plans and goals.
+ Identify and operationalize recruitment channels and techniques, including social media, networking events, and industry partnerships to attract passive candidates for key geographies and talent segments.
+ Continuously improve the end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
+ Partner with the global employer brand team to develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies, messaging, and campaigns.
+ Support hiring efforts and lead the collaboration across early career/university and executive positions, strategies to ensure holistic goals and successful results.
+ Develop, report, and influence robust metrics to measure talent acquisition's effectiveness and overall capability; identify trends, successes and areas of improvement for performance enhancements.
+ Provide leadership, development and talent management for direct reports and their organization, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting.
+ Partner with procurement and legal teams to ensure the right strategic partnerships are in place in order to deliver the hiring strategies across areas of talent attraction, sourcing and marketing for the areas of hiring you will support.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
Minimum Qualifications
+ Confirmed experience in global talent acquisition strategy, candidate pipeline development, research and a variety of talent attraction and engagement methods, processes and tools.
+ Confirmed experience in recruiting technology and tools as well as talent acquisition digital disruptive tools.
+ Minimum of six years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 8+ years of experience recruiting within high performing and winning Legal, Corporate Affairs, HR and Admin Services talent acquisition teams.
+ 5+ years of leadership and proven ability of building high-performing and engaged global teams.
+ Human resources or talent management certificate.
+ Proven track record of successfully leading global talent acquisition strategy, candidate pipeline development, research, and execution across a variety of talent attraction and engagement methods, processes and tools for operations and supply chain professionals.
+ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders as well as influence key stakeholders across the organization.
+ Experience leading a significant workforce transformation and/or specialist hiring projects.
+ Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
+ Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and other HR technology tools.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
+ Adept with leveraging data to build KPIs/metrics, including determining, measuring, elevating, and monitoring performance on a regular basis, develop actions/strategies based on outcomes and story tell leveraging data.
**Additional Information**
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $110K - $150K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
