Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire
Duration: 3 months
Location: Englewood, CO- 80112 (Onsite)

As a Talent Acquisition Associate , you will:

  • Perform perm recruitment processes to ensure actions are happening on schedule; actively monitors applicant flow, and providing timely updates to stakeholders
  • Builds strong relationships with and serves as main point for hiring managers during the perm recruitment process
  • Ensures accurate tracking and timely processing for all perm recruitment roles
  • Complete Preboarding administrative tasks such as initiating and reviewing background reports and communicating Day 1 details
  • Assist in creating job requisitions for open positions
  • Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting

The ideal candidate will have :
  • College degree in Human Resources, Business, or related; minimum of 1 year of full cycle recruiting in a corporate or staffing environment and adept in high volume hiring.
  • Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task while managing to deadlines and service legal agreements (SLAs) to support an efficient process and/or project
  • Interpret, understand, and execute on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form
