Summary
As a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment) within the Office of Human Capital, Talent Acquisitions, you will serve as a technical expert carrying out a wide range of recruitment activities and managing segments of related programs for organizations within the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

DutiesAs a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment), you will:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operations, processes, and management of recruitment program segments and serve as a subject matter expert on related recruitment processes. Manage cross functional efforts with business partners to ensure stakeholders have required information for successful campaigns.
- Develop recruitment strategies for program segments through partnership with the recruitment specialists and human capital management. Work closely with the specialists concerning recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and highly qualified workforce through effective recruitment planning, sourcing, use of selection instruments, marketing and communication tools.
- Evaluate efforts to meet agency hiring goals by developing and analyzing statistical and data reports of recruitment and sourcing data. Identify trends based on quantitative and qualitative data to determine areas for improvement and provide follow-up on issue resolution and/or appropriate communication to the businesses with recommendations on process changes.
- Analyze hiring data and evaluate the impact of recruitment efforts and brief organizational leadership on findings. Manage the recruitment tracking system; evaluate recruitment data; analyze trends, costs, and program segment effectiveness; and make recommendations regarding new and/or revised recruitment policies.
- Participate in the review and implementation of program assessment tools (such as, the knowledge test, written communication skills, and analytical reasoning tests) through direct work with business partners, contractors, and IO Psychologists.
- Recommend new proposed activities and provide input regarding changes to recruitment policies and procedures. Monitor, track, and analyze budget expenditures by identifying and recommending solutions to budget issues.
- Develop long and short-term recruitment strategies for program segments taking into consideration the most current employment and industry trends and developments.
- Develop and deliver recruitment, screening interview, and selection committee interview training for employees and managers.

Conditions of Employment
This position requires that the successful candidate undergo personnel vetting, which includes a background investigation and enrollment upon onboarding into "Continuous Vetting." Enrollment in Continuous Vetting will result in automated record checks being conducted throughout one's employment with Treasury. The successful candidate will also be enrolled into FBI's Rap Back service, which will allow Treasury to receive notification from the FBI of criminal matters (e.g., arrests, charges, convictions) involving enrolled individuals in near real-time.

- Noncriminal Justice Applicant's Privacy Rights, for those who undergo an FBI fingerprint-based criminal history record check for personnel vetting, which includes Rap Back,

- SEAD-3-Reporting-U.pdf (dni.gov), (applicable to those who hold a sensitive position or have eligibility for access to classified information).
- Complete a one-year probationary period (unless already completed).
- Complete a background investigation (unless already completed).
- Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment.
- Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
- Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9. Federal law requires verification of the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires in the U.S.
- Travel occasionally to attend conferences and/or training.
- Obtain and use a Government-issued charge card for business-related travel.

You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:

This position takes typical duties done within recruiting coordination and expands them to a full life-cycle of an employee at Ageatia. The people coordinator bridges both recruiting support and acts as a key function of the onboarding process. This role will require someone with a deep understanding (we'll train you on this part, of course) when it comes to hiring and onboarding.
The Recruiting Coordinator will spend 85% of his/her time supporting coordinating and recruiting functions that include: coordinating phone screens, on-site job interviews, posting job descriptions, candidate debriefs/preps, and communicating internally to ensure a smooth 1st day for new employees. 50% of the coordinator's time will be spent streamlining processes that include onsite set-up and communication, training schedule, and general candidate/new hire questions. The remaining 5% spans a multitude of people-related functions that will require agile problem-solving and a "can do" mentality.
Responsibilities :
o Scheduling phone interviews, candidate preps & debriefs, and scheduling on-site interviews for recruiters as needed
o Communicating with candidates about their application status, scheduling interviews, and feedback from interviews
o Ensuring and making sure we have gathered appropriate feedback at all stages of the hiring process.
o Coordinating the on-site interviews when candidates are in office. Facilitating debriefs with the hiring team when concluded.
o Scheduling candidate and new hire travel as needed
o Pushing candidates through the hiring process; this includes working with them to complete all paperwork prior to day 1, ensuring that their background and reference checks are complete, and pushing them through the various systems for compliance reasons.
o Assisting new hires who are relocating to any one of our client sites on getting settled and being a "buddy" who can answer questions for them about getting around, finding housing, etc.
o Working with the help desk to solve issues for new hires, constantly streamlining processes to ensure great candidate experience from 1st contact to rejection and/or hire.
o Run point for onboarding Days 1-5 for new employees. Work with recruiters alike to make these important first days effective.
o Keep track of headcount across the organization and run reports as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY
