As an RN Manager, you'll use your critical thinking, good judgement, and interpersonal skills as you identify solutions or approaches to patient problems. You'll collaborate with clinical staff to design and implement meaningful and individualized patient-centered care. Responsibilities include:
- Maintains nursing staff by participating in recruiting, selecting, orienting and training nursing personnel for site. Reviews and ensures nursing supervisors complete training schedule for new nursing employees for site.

- Assures nursing and clinical staff understand and abide by patient scheduling protocols including expertise in open-access scheduling
- Coordinates clinical and non-clinical staff activities to create a high quality, efficient, compassionate experience for every patient
- Maintains and reports monthly on: department/organizational goals & meaningful nursing metrics. Completes 30/60/90 day reviews within the outlined timeframe for nursing supervisors.
- Supervises and assists in the development of staff through daily feedback and timely completion of performance appraisals
- Develops and provides a monthly nursing report to the Director of Nursing and Chief Clinical Officer
