Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector is seeking a **Regulatory Compliance Analyst** to join our team of high performing and diverse professionals. This position is **based in McLean, Virginia** . The selected candidate will work independently and together with teammates on multiple Government Compliance activities.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Interpret federal, state, and other regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other practices and procedures
+ Participate in the indirect cost review program
+ Participate in the sector's labor oversight activity
+ Assist in the develop and/or updating of compliance related trainings, e.g., cost allowability, labor, to increase employee awareness and knowledge
+ Contribute to other Government Compliance tasks, projects, and process improvement activities
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Must have one of the following:
+ High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of government contracting related experience in Auditing, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Pricing/Cost Estimating, Program Control, or other Business Management activity
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 2 years of government contracting related experience in Auditing, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Pricing/Cost Estimating, Program Control, or other Business Management activity
+ Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 0 plus years of government contracting related experience in Auditing, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Pricing/Cost Estimating, Program Control, or other Business Management activity
+ Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)
Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

**What You'll Get to Do:**
Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with the Government to respond to requests for information related to annual Incurred Cost Proposal submission.
+ Regularly communicate with various process owners in the sector and across the Enterprise to collect information in support of the Government's requests
+ Must be able to effectively research, document and explain various NG processes including timekeeping, accounts payable, GSC, inventory, etc,
+ Research NG policies and procedures, FAR/DFARS regulations and historical files to comprehensively and consistently respond to Government inquiries

**Basic Qualifications for a Principal Regulatory Compliance Analyst:**

+ Experience with NG policies and procedures (PrOP)
+ Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, effective and collaborative communicator, strategic thinker, and ability to manage multiple projects.

**UAS Senior Regulatory Analyst**
Researches and drafts regulatory documents and reviews documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with appropriate requirements. Available to consult on technical, legal, and regulatory aviation issues related to specific tasks. Support the UAS Support Center Help Desk summarizing and analyzing public comments, researching aviation and other regulatory issues, supporting special projects, working with Government and industry personnel, and conducting Internet research. Analyzes Part 107 waivers, UAS airspace waivers and petitions for exemption. Provides expertise on technical aspects for UAS and flight operations including UAS data analysis teams, command and control systems, detect and avoid systems, traffic management systems, spectrum, UAS operations and UAS failure management systems.

Support development, analysis, implementation, and rulemaking for UAS Advance Air Mobility (AAM)/Urban Air Mobility (UAM), UAS Traffic Management (UTM), Beyond Visual line of Sight rules and other UAS integration initiatives.

- Manage regulatory compliance projects, including project planning, oversight, budget tracking, supervision and review of work, oversight, and development of staff.
- Support clients in the development and enhancements of their compliance management systems.

- Provide compliance guidance and advice to Crowe staff and to client leadership.
- Interpret regulatory changes and develop solutions to address them.
- Support monitoring, testing and internal audit teams for the completion of client testing projects from time to time.
- Support the business development process including interacting with prospects, working with a team to develop meaningful proposals, and supporting client onboarding.
- Support internal project initiatives.
Educational and Professional Credentials
- Bachelors degree is required.
- 5-10 years of experience in consumer compliance professional services and consulting.
- CRCM is preferred.
- End-to-end knowledge of Compliance Management Systems including but not limited to written programs, risk assessments, complaint management, issues management, compliance operations (e.g. disputes, error resolution, etc.) and various compliance and governance, risk and compliance technologies.

Responsibilities: - Implements system plan to ensure the account is in compliance- Ensures system wide all staff understand and implement FM Program requirements- Ensures consistent and accurate Team Docs & Team Ops documentation of FM work activities- Establishes system wide QA Matrix to include specific and meaningful metric measures and reporting frequencies- Proactively monitors and reports critical metrics prior to becoming non-compliant issues- Routinely validates via audit data integrity and important metric measurements- Develops, monitors, and reports performance improvement action plans as warranted - Randomly collects, reviews, and analyzes data in reference to EOC reports on account on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis - Randomly checks work-order documentation on a weekly/monthly basis via reporting- Applies knowledge of and experience with all relevant regulatory agencies and standards to develop and ensure that the FM Program constantly remains in compliance with The Joint Commission, CAP, DNV, CLIA, AOA, NFPA 99, NY State and other applicable agency requirements- Provides system-wide regulatory support as requested- Performs pre-Joint Commission/Deemed Status inspections of facilities prior to the actual regulatory survey- Ensures appropriate documentation is in place per Facilities Management Plan standards- Assists with Annual EOC Evaluations- Performs annual Compliance Audits at each facility- Provides periodic Compliance Reviews and presents to Director and RDO- Leads and/or supports vendors and contractors involved in regulatory and compliance related system and processes. Fire, Life Safety, Medical Gases, Generators, Remediation to name some included.- Works closely with Safety Department.Qualifications:- Must possess confirmed knowledge of Facilities Management Operational Policy and Procedures- Bachelor's degree highly preferred- Must possess shown knowledge of Plant Operations functionality- Must possess previous healthcare compliance knowledge- Must maintain current knowledge of the contents and navigation of the FM Web Portal- Must have the experience and ability to work with senior level leadership while exhibiting a high level of confidence- Business skills to deal effectively with all personnel and clients- Leadership ability, validated with experience- Ability to prioritize, coordinate and handle multiple projects simultaneously- Ability to reliably present information and respond to questions from AHJ, TJC, groups of employees, clients and customers
