Physical Medicine and Rehab Group seeks to add a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. The group has a state-of-the-art Physical Therapy Center and a modern medical complex. The hours are Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) with no weekends or evenings. This group is a high-volume practice that handles muscular skeletal injuries (strong focus on spine). Responsibilities include:

    • Office/clinic new patient evaluations and follow-up
    • No call
    • Injections (trigger point and cortisone)
    • Post-operative H&P s
    • Writing scripts
    • Patient education
    • Evaluate X-ray, CT and MRI
    • Work week is 40 hours
Successful Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner should be Board-Certified, self-starter and have very strong interpersonal skills. The doctor is open to training the right candidate. Job Description

Provide assessment, treatment, consultation and training to children with hearing loss and their families, and provide consultation and education to other professionals and non-professionals. Applies the knowledge and skill necessary to provide appropriate interactions with staff, patients and families of all ages.
This position will work at our Bellevue and Federal Way locations.
Preference will be given to experienced candidates.
**Required Education and Experience**
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of graduate coursework and clinical practice required for ASHA status as Clinical Fellow.
Experience in pediatric diagnostic or treatment settings.
**Required Credentials**
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Washington State license in Audiology or Speech Language Pathology.
For CFY applicants; Washington State Department of Health Interim Permit to train as a speech-language pathologist with successful completion of CCC requirements within 12 months of start date.

Collaborate with Director, Clinical Director, Physicians and clinical staff to manage, assess and enhance the provision of patient care services within the Rehabilitation Unit on a 24/7 basis to meet continuous quality improvement, customer service, programmatic growth and financial requirements supporting the mission of Seattle Children's Hospital. Develop, implement and monitor staffing plans, scheduling and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs and to maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.

**Required Education and Experience**
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
A Master's degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor's degree in another field.
Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
**Required Credentials**
Current Washington State RN license.
National certification in a clinical specialty area must be obtained within three years of employment.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.

Job Description

This position will work with adolescents and young adults releasing from WA State Juvenile Rehabilitation facilities via the POST Program to deliver an Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach with Assertive Continuing Care (A-CRA/ACC)-based intervention.
The "Support Coach" role meets with youth on their caseload weekly and works with youth on life skills, substance use refusal, resource referrals, and supports the youth's transition to the community. This program is administered by Seattle Children's in partnership with the WA State Department of Children, Youth, and Families' Juvenile Rehabilitation agency.
This position will be based in Eastern WA and will involve a combination of in-person work with youth in facilities and in the community, as well as virtual and phone sessions. This position will require regular travel throughout Eastern Washington (25-50% of time) and access to a car. As part of training for this program, the interventionist will be trained in motivational interviewing and certified in A-CRA/ACC, and will also learn to integrate trauma informed approaches.
**Required Education and Experience**
Bachelor's in counseling, social work, or a related field; or one of the following may be considered as substitute:
- 4 years of professional experience in counseling, social work, or other related intervention experience;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an unrelated field and 2 years of experience providing direct treatment services to children and families (i.e., assessments, therapy, interventions, case management);
- Associate's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field and 2 years of experience providing direct treatment services to children and families (i.e., assessments, therapy, interventions, case management);
- Preferred: A master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful completion of a language assessment may be required for certain departments.
Ability to access some form of local transportation may be required for certain positions/departments.
