**Key Role** :
+ Tracking resource utilization, identifying bottlenecks, or shortfalls and analyzes performance against established metrics to identify areas for improvement.
+ Collects and updates data and updates and produces scheduling reports.
+ Providing support for ad-hoc requests, including data analysis, report creation, and recommendations for process improvements.
+ Working closely with project managers, other site schedulers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective resource management.
+ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
+ Supports monthly report preparation.
+ May participate in planning and scheduling meetings to gain insight to planning and scheduling issues.
+ Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of Project Management/Scheduling experience.
+ BA Degree
+ Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience using MS OneNote, Teams and SharePoint.
+ Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
