Hybrid schedule, expected to be onsite Tues - Thurs.
This is a temp role, not expected to be extended.
This position will support our schedulers. QuickBase will be the primary program used, but will also need Maximo, OMS and Outlook.

Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and oversees vegetation clearance activities. Prioritizes work in accordance with department strategy. Schedules contract tree crews. Expert skills in reading and understanding company design jobs and sketches. Performs other duties as assigned.
Ensures contract tree crew performance meets standards and specifications. Continually analyzes crew productivity to ensure is receiving benefits relative to statement of work.
Ensures internal work orders have correct accounting strings in place for proper project tracking. Makes corrections where necessary. Notifies the applicable department when accounting exceptions need to be addressed. Performs departmental forecasting and reporting related activities and communicates suggestions and process improvements based on findings.
What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: Learn how to schedule contract tree crews and manage routes for efficiency and effectiveness.
What do you foresee being the biggest challenge in this role? Managing the high number of tree job requests and identifying and managing priority to complete work timely.
Is utilities experience required? (Y/N) N but preferred.
What would a day in the life of this role look like?: Working with our primary capital scheduler and coordinating multiple tree crews schedules to complete work.
What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager?
Daily interaction. Specifically with our other schedulers.

+ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
+ Supports monthly report preparation.
+ May participate in planning and scheduling meetings to gain insight to planning and scheduling issues.
+ Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of Project Management/Scheduling experience.
+ BA Degree
+ Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience using MS OneNote, Teams and SharePoint.
+ Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
