What Youll Do

- Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
- Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required while maintaining thorough documentation of sales transactions.
- Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
- Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists.
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory checks.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIs and performance standards.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.

- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 Ibs with or without accommodation.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Compensation: 120-day training hourly rate upon hire = 18.00 to 18.00; Following the training period, this position pays an hourly rate of 16.66 to 16.66. This position is eligible to earn weekly, and monthly incentives based upon sales. Incentive amounts range from 2% to 15% and differ based on product types.

What You'll Do

As part of a customer loyalty-driven team, there is a variable targeted total compensation of $55,877 ($6.86/hr.) while high earners (the top 10%) reach an average annual compensation of just over 73,160 ( 35.17 hr.) Targeted total compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: location, candidate experience level, and successful completion of minimum sales targets. Compensation includes a full-time hourly base rate of 18.38 per hour plus monthly targeted commissions of 1,471. Employees also receive a ramp period of up to 2 months to adjust to commission earnings.

Who You Are
Minimum:
- HS diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a consultative, solutions-based approach and influence customer decisions
- Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a service-oriented, fast-paced team environment
