What we're looking for:
We're seeking upbeat individuals with great vibes who are eager to learn and grow with us in a retail associate role.
What you'll do:
- Show up on time and be ready to provide outstanding customer service
- Sell, upsell, and promote our products with enthusiasm
- Become an expert on our products and share your passion with customers
- Build relationships with regulars and help grow our vaping family!
- Follow company policies and procedures and work collaboratively with your team
- Maintain a tidy store, process transactions accurately, and assist customers with their shopping needs
- Stay informed about industry trends and new products
- Manage inventory and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge of vape products is a PLUS but not required (We'll teach you everything if you're willing to learn. Plus, there's paid sales and customer service training!)
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
$13.75 - $16 / hour (plus tips!)

What we're looking for.
You'll need to have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
- Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- Experience working in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.
