What Are the Requirements?- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. The Associate makes eye contact, smiles, and greets all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treats fellow Associates with respect, efficiently follows all company best practice standards as outlined in all work centers, maintains a clean work area at all times, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. The base pay range for this role is $16.50 - $17.00. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. Key Responsibilities

- Ask open-ended questions to learn about your customer's lifestyle and wellness goals; identify the right products to help them achieve those goals and match their needs with the features & benefits of our products.
- Enroll all customers in our Membership Program.
- Active & engaged product sampling throughout all daily parts.
- Maintain sales floor coverage and follow posted schedules.
- Share customer feedback with a store manager regarding product requests, concerns, and suggestions.
- Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together collaboratively to achieve goals.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards.
- Utilize the Point of Sale and other computer systems to operate the store at maximum efficiency.
- Other job-related duties as requested.
