What to expect

As a new FCA, you'll learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences.

  • Join a training cohort of associates during the first 14 weeks, spending time training to become a Financial Customer Associate. In this phase, you will start with basic customer calls and progress to more sophisticated calls related to our clients 401K plans.
  • In the subsequent months, you will continue taking customer calls to develop and hone your skills. There will be time in the day (away from assisting customers) to join team activities, get well-being support, and career coaching.
  • Rewards & Recognition: Your achievements will be celebrated as you progress through the program.
  • This is a full-time hourly phone position that also offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on the business needs and your availability. You do not need a finance background or a degree to succeed in the role.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
  • Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with bank policies, procedures and regulations, including the opening, servicing and closing of all account products (CDs, Money Market, Statement Savings and Retirement Accounts)
  • Required participation in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activities by volunteering during business hours with qualifying organizations, ensuring all mandatory monthly metrics for the branch are met
  • Conduct teller transactions such as cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, issuing Monetary Instruments, placing stop payments, etc.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):
  • Prior experience as a teller or new account representative preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficiency with 10 key touch, Microsoft Office and knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn banking software applications
  • Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality
  • Strong attention to detail with high concern for data accuracy

As a Client Relationship Consultant you will provide exceptional client service while engaging in sales and service activities at branch locations. Open accounts, assist with processing Banker transactions, cross-sell Bank products and services, take applications for and book loans, perform account and client profile maintenance, and respond to questions regarding client accounts. You’ll also present tailored solutions that meet the client’s specific financial needs or refer clients to other lines of business as appropriate.
~ Client Relationship Consultant Requirements
~1 or more years of Client Relationship Consultant experience or similar experience required br>~ NMLS registration or ability to obtain required
~ A passion for providing superior client service
~ Ability to analyze client needs and make appropriate recommendations based on financial data
~ Effective communication and advisory ability
