**Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time**
Location**OH - REYNOLDSBURG**

+ **Store Visits: **Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory**
+ **Purpose:** Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays**
+ **Clients:** Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel**
+ **Scheduling: up to 20** hours per week,** **availability required Monday-Thursday; 8:00am to 5:00pm**. No weekends/evenings.**
+ **Additional Opportunities:** Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.**
+ **Reporting:** Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit**

+ **Additional Technical Projects: **Available at higher rates, based on need**

+ **Tech-ready:**Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus**
+ **Travel Ability:** Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of their role**
+ **Physical Ability:** Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance**

Under the direction of the Store Director, the Visual Manager is responsible for creating a dynamic shopping environment, which incorporates fashion trend statements, visual presentations, and promotional events to support the sale of full-priced merchandise and the overall profitability of the store.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The starting salary for this position is between $55,000 - $70,000 annually . Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for bonus.

Who You Are:

- Constantly looking for ways to improve the way things are done & comfortable with change and challenging conventions.
- 2-4 year degree on Fashion Merchandising and/or Fine Arts concentration preferred
- 5+ years of related visual experience in positions of increasing responsibility
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds, climb ladders, operate equipment efficiently and in accordance with safety regulations, and work with substances such as paint, glue gun, etc.
- Experience in event planning, art exhibition or installation is a plus. Portfolio or examples of previous work samples required.
- Oversee and implement all placement, standards of execution, and guideline directives with a strong hand in overall flow, merchandising, and store layout through displays, fixtures, signing, marketing, lighting, wall presentations, and assets
- Achieve brand consistency and enhancements by supporting corporate branding initiatives: in-store campaigns, windows, etc.
- Take a leadership role in communication, direction, and flow challenges within the store
- Create visual impact to provide customer excitement and interest per company guidelines
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
- Be a part of a team of disruptors focused on stores and redefining the luxury experience.
