Pay Range$17.50 - $20.90Purpose:Floor & Decor's Sales Associates play a key role in continuously providing customers with friendly, accurate service and support in finding products to complete their project. Our Sales Associates contribute to a fast pace, safe environment by keeping sales departments clean and well stocked. Stock, tag and display merchandise.Act and work in a manner consistent with the company's core values.Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company's safety processes.Answer telephone according to the company guidelines.Be available to assist in other areas of the store as needed.Work in a fast pace environment with accuracy.Minimum Eligibility Requirements:Must be 18 years or older.Knowledge of basic math skills.Customer service experience.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.Some positions may require completion of forklift certifications through F&D.Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test.Working Conditions (travel & environment)While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.Physical/Sensory RequirementsAbility exert 30 - 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. Qualifications

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
