- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple inquiries at once
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
- Knowledge of basic networking, software, or hardware troubleshooting
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
