Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Fine Jewelry Sales Professional with a proven track record in fine jewelry retail sales. The ideal candidate will possess deep product knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing personalized service that fosters lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the selection of fine jewelry pieces.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and current jewelry trends.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective clienteling and Selling strategies.
- Maintain the presentation and organization of the sales floor, ensuring displays are visually appealing and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle after-sales services, including repairs and special orders.
- Stay informed about new product arrivals,

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in fine jewelry sales or luxury retail.
