Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Fine Jewelry Sales Professional with a proven track record in fine jewelry retail sales. The ideal candidate will possess deep product knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing personalized service that fosters lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the selection of fine jewelry pieces.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and current jewelry trends.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective clienteling and Selling strategies.
  • Maintain the presentation and organization of the sales floor, ensuring displays are visually appealing and stocked.
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle after-sales services, including repairs and special orders.
  • Stay informed about new product arrivals,
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive sales environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in fine jewelry sales or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of diamonds, colored gemstones, and precious metals.
