Job Summary
As a Registered Critical Care Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care through a structured nursing process that includes Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and communicate effectively with medical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold nursing standards while implementing hospital policies and procedures.
- Oversee, deliver, and assess nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Delegate tasks appropriately based on patient conditions and staff competencies.
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately and comprehensively.
- Conduct thorough assessments and make referrals as necessary.
- Create and maintain nursing care plans that engage patients and their families.
- Evaluate pain management techniques and educate patients and families on pain relief strategies.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Deliver respectful care that considers psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Maintain open and effective communication with patients, family members, and healthcare teams.
- Execute emergency protocols swiftly when patient conditions deteriorate.
- Assist physicians in various clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
- Train and mentor new nursing staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure safety in patient care to minimize risks and errors.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of medications and administration practices, adjusted for patient demographics.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage stress effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Dependable with a reliable attendance record.
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $8.50 - 57.21/Hour

Qualifications
