+ Contacts prospective customers in order to provide consultative advice on current cash flow practices in order to develop treasury management business
+ Manages relationships with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business
+ Prepares sales presentations, explains services offered, and recommends solutions which would benefit clients
+ Identifies opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet customer needs
+ Assists management in developing a market strategy and in setting sales objectives

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .  

Preferred Qualifications

  • We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.  Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.  
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
  • You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.  
  • We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.  
  • A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
